Amazing property!Great location, the pictures don’t do it justice, lots of space, great design concepts, quiet, comfortable and easy parking. We stayed a week and you can’t possibly see everything the city has to offer.

This downtown loft was perfect . Location was incredible being walking distance to pretty much anything you need. But the loft itself was beautiful, clean, and I absolutely loved the aesthetic with the exposed brick and updated features. I will be using this space again when I return to Wilmington and would absolutely recommend to anyone.

The rental was great. Lots of space and so comfortable. It was nice to be downtown close to coffee shops and restaurants. Most nights were quiet. However, Friday and Saturday nights were crazy loud but to be expected downtown. Bring earplugs.

Great Weekend Stay

Overall great location! Easy to walk to Historic Wilmington’s close to many great restaurants and shopping. Parking garage pass is a great amenity for this rental. Very clean and will definitely consider another stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It does get pretty loud late at night when the restaurants and bars are still open, but that didn’t bother us too much.

As always location is the key and the comfort. This has it all. Second time staying here and have recommended to friends. 2 block walk to heart of downtown 3 to the riverwalk. Great coffee and food is shouting distance.You can not go wrong

Much bigger and nicer space than we expected. All the rooms (including the kitchen and bathroom) were very spacious! Plenty of space to relax and work at the same time. And the location is walkable to everything in the downtown area. We would stay again and recommend to others!

We booked this property so we could take our six year old to the battle ship. Perfect location! We loved being able to walk to all the downtown restaurants and coffee in the morning. The condo looks like they hired Joanna Gaines to do the decorating!

Great property! Top notch location, clean and comfortable. Small amount of street noise around 2 am when bars let out but short lived. Worth it to be in the middle of the action in Downtown Wilmington.

We have been visiting Wilmington for years. The downtown luxury loft is just as it says. Clean, comfortable, private, luxurious and in the middle of everything you could want or need. We normally stay right on the river but decided to try something new. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and great location!

This is a wonderful space in downtown, walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee, and treats. We were visiting family so didn’t spend as much time in the space as we wanted to but it was very clean and tidy and well decorated. It was stocked with the essentials so made it easy to settle in and relax. We loved the huge upstairs bedroom and large bathroom and would love to visit again!

What a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Wilmy!!!

This property was gorgeous, first of all. You are right in the heart of downtown. We knew we’d be visiting with our son and doing plenty of activities in the downtown area. This place was perfect for this. Plenty of times, we would just pause our activities and pop in here for a drink of snack. We will stay here again!

Quick wedding weekend!

We love the loft type settings to stay in and this one was just lovely! It had all the charm of others we have rented, situated above the city businesses you hear the bustle of the young town until early morning ( I like that) beautifully furnished with the brick charm which I adore. Driving from Florida, our formal clothes could have used an iron and ironing board, which I thought odd not to have, but our wrinkles didn’t keep us away! We had a great time, the accommodations were very nice.
