Paradis trouvé - proche de tout et sans fin magnifique accÚs à la plage

Joliment décoré dans un décor Beachy. mur ajouté de la vie privée au salon séparé de la chambre. Unité de rez de chaussée à quelques pas de la piscine (chauffée en hiver) Confortable et agréable. Situé à environ 13 miles de belle plage non aménagée à cÎté du complexe. Nous sommes les derniers condos sur Santa Rosa Blvd. Sécurité Porte d'entrée, 2 piscines, des courts de tennis, un bain à remous et salle de musculation (tous situés à quelques pas de la l'unité) oiseaux de neige ont beaucoup à les tenir occupés avec lundi soir au cinéma, pont hebdomadaire, bingo, et d'aérobic trois fois une semaine. Le complexe dispose également d'une salle de banquet pour votre événement spécial. Situé à seulement deux mile du centre de conférence et le Gulfarium. Magnifiquement style avec un look espagnol. Grand terrain avec beaucoup de palmiers pour votre promenade du soir.

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and all appliances worked. The resort itself is older but it is very well kept. The pools were very clean and the water was perfect. The owner is very responsive to question. The Beach is about 300 yards away from the condo and beautiful. Only thing that could be changed is the bed its a full size and really needs updated to a queen. The Price for our stay was very fair for the region. Would definitely recommend the condo for couples.

Good budget friendly option

The place was just as pictured/described. Pool was nice and short walk to the beach. The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner was loud but everything else was fine, still good for the price! I would stay here again.

Great place for a getaway!!

The liating was very accurate. The beach is a short walk across the parking lot. We also loaded up our stuff and parked closer to the beach to shorten our walk. We have a beach cart and it was easier to use the ramp then the ataira. LOL. The place was cute and clean. We had everything we needed and there were several restaurants close by to choose from when we did want to eat out. Thank you for everything!! I've already recommended this place to someone else.

The condo was better than the pictures described. Property owner was east to communicate with and responded to my questions promptly. Property was very nice and kept up with. Easy access to the beach and short drive to anything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Super nice resort and private. Condo was small for the four of us but we made it work! Pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable but we bought a topper and left it for future travelers! All in all we had a great time. Pool right outside the door and 4 minute walk to the beach. We will be back

Cozy quiet

Nice little condo, a little dated but cozy and quiet. About 300 yards to the beach. Had a good time. Only negative I had was the bathroom drains went down real slow and no view of water from room

Condo had everything we needed

We were set right down to beach chairs and tennis rackets, convenient location and all the details we needed for a worry free stay. The gate keepers @ Em Matador were very friendly and the neighbors was quite nice as well. It wasn’t 5 stars but neither was the rental cost, for the price you just couldn’t beat it.

Nice & cozy

Place was in a great location, close to the beach and next to the pool. Condo was clean and the bed was comfy. Shower could definitely use some more water pressure though. It also didn’t seem to have much of a hot water reserve either. Definitely would come back for another stay!

Eight in the beach

The property is on the first floor right by the pool and beach. Most of the furniture has been updated which the pictures don’t show. Checkin is easy and property owner was a pleasure to work with. No issues just a great time overall.

Gorgeous condo!

First time being in a condo in Florida and it did not disappoint! The complex was safe and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was awesome with everything we needed (linens, towels, movies, beach gear). Check in was a breeze!! The only thing I would recommend would be a map/layout sheet of the complex in the condo. Other than that? The owners were great, all was clean, and we will definitely stay again!

Perfect Condo!

I love, love, LOVE this condo! It is perfect for a small family. It was very clean. It was beautifully decorated. I stayed in the condo with a 5 year old and a 15 year old. There was plenty of room for all of us. There is a very large pool just steps away from the condo. The complex has a coined laundry room just steps away. One of my favorite places to drink coffee in the morning was on the little back porch. The back porch has two tables with 4 chairs. The tennis courts and basketball courts are close also. The beach is about a 3-5 min walk from the condo. I had the best vacation with my grandchildren at this condo. I highly recommend it to couples or small families. You will not be disappointed. I plan to rent it again in the future.

Just what I needed!

Jan's condo was just what I needed. The condo was safe and secure. I had all the supplies to cook. The condo was clean and comfy. Jan was very easy to work with. There were chairs and beach toys available for use. I loved my stay here and I am looking forward to staying again. It is not the Ritz but the price wasn't either. Thanks Jan!
