RĂ©sidence trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien. Nous Ă©tions confortable. On cuisinait beaucoup et la batterie de cuisine n'Ă©tait pas complĂšte. À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons signalĂ© Ă  notre hĂŽte que le micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune communication avec notre hĂŽte. C'est une autre personne qui a rĂ©pondu

Amazing stay

We stayed at this townhouse from June 21 to June 27th 2025 and it was absolutely fabulous! Pictures are very true to reality. We had a fantastic experience with Vacasa. Very responsive, much cheaper price than with any other booking company. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and above all a view to die for!! Washer and dryer super useful. Really nice pool and the playa prieta beach at 5 min walk is gorgeous. Overall we highly recommend this townhouse and booking with Vacasa.

Beautiful home with amazing views.

We loved how spacious and lovely this home was. The balconies with fantastic views of the ocean was such a bonus. We also loved the infinity pool, my grandson swam every morning and evening.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! 7-Day Stay

The property was nice and comfortable, except the guest room 1st floor had some AC problems for several days. I think it would be nice if the property had a Guest Book. Also, I would highly recommend to bring some face towels with you from home!! We enjoyed lounging around the pool and spa area. I would recommend eating at Reparito Restaurant down the streets from the property. The owners of the restaurant are SUPER NICE......AND THEY DELIVER!! We ate there several times, both delivery and in person. Sundays the restaurant has fried wings and French fries! So delicious!! This is my first time booking with Vacasa. I would probably book with them again in the future but, not at this property. DON'T GET ME WRONG.....we loved the property but the property manager, Audrey was HORRIBLE, and for that reason along I would not stay at this property again.

Lay back and relax

Amazing beach property with breathtaking views of the Pacific! We stayed as a family at Villas Catalinas for 3 days! Each guest was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom for total comfort and privacy. The common areas were very spacious and inviting for meal times together. Great location and easy access to lots of beaches (Flamingo, Penca, Danta) as well as an on-site pool area if that’s your vibe. Highly recommend it!

Incredible views

Amazing location and outstanding sunset views. Spacious unit, excellent for family. For those with little kids, patio is a bit dangerous and not to code. We kept our 3 year old off the deck to be safe. Pool is one of the highlights, enjoyed many sunsets here!

The view was spectacular! The property was well maintained and very comfortable for our stay. It was nice to have a guard at the entrance gate to let you in and out.
