Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. Unfortunately, you didn't try to reach our office to report any discrepancies with the room, maintenance issues, or problems with our processes. In hopes to address your concerns and to help any future guests avoid what you ran into, I called you. I hoped you had good intentions but when I requested any information to use to address what he found for future guests, he said, "I don't want to talk to you" and hung up. The flooring you had an issue with is exactly the same that is shown in all of our marketing pictures. I'm happy to hear that you found everything else to be fine. I hate to hear that you ran into some issues during your stay, but I'm happy to report that the couch and loveseat have had upholstery cleanings to remove the stains, the towel bar was fixed the same day you reported it to us, the recliner has been fixed. Thank you for booking with us. I hate to hear that you had an issue with one of the beds during your stay. I wish you would've given my office the opportunity to address the issue for you. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours maintenance line. I have followed up with the two guests who stayed after you and they both said that they found the bed to be very comfy but squeaky. To stop the squeaking, our maintenance staff is scheduled to look at repairing or replacing the bedframe, when our current guest leaves tomorrow. Again, I wish you would've given our office the opportunity to address any of the issues you ran into during your stay, so we could've prevented the next guest from dealing with them. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection. I hope you called the number to request help with the internet, the number is the same as the login password. The building's internet company is great a resetting internet for guests if they have issues. The resort registration is required but its not $70, and you were notified about this 3 months prior to your check-in date about the registration cost. The rental agreement that you signed states, "An online $48 + tax Registration is required for Permits & Arm Bands; link will be sent on Confirmation." What you are leaving out is that you also requested an early check-in and paid an extra $25 for early check-in. We always try to give our guests as much of a heads-up on the entire rental process as possible. Unfortunately, some guests often don't want to read information about their upcoming vacation. I hope you have better luck during your next vacation.

I would've contacted the HOA about your issue. Your negative review here only affects our condo, not the building, and we're a family-owned business. Certainly hate to hear about the elevator issues during your stay. We wish we, the property manager, and the owner of the condo had control over the elevators but unfortunately we do not. Happy to report the Resort has all the elevators working properly. Best of luck in future travels.

Usually this super cute beach front condo receives very strong reviews as you can see from the other reviews. We don't typically receive complaints about the size of the condo that actually sleeps 8. Our records show that we never received any calls from this guest about the TVs so maybe we missed a message. Our family business prides itself at responding to guest's needs so that is disappointing to hear. Our office is open daily and we have an afterhours answering service so not sure how we missed the call. Best of luck in future travels
