This charming, tastefully decorated, and bright home includes a cheerful yellow fully equipped kitchen with a unique island, large dining room and wide plank pine flooring throughout. Relax on the main floor in the living room and enjoy the ambience of a glowing fire in the brick fireplace. The large reclaimed wood barn door on rolling hardware provides the means to make the main floor's two twin bed bedroom a quiet space right off the dinning room. Step through the double doors off the dinning room into the 3 Season Sunroom to enjoy a refreshing breeze in this screened in space.

Upstairs the primary bedroom features a queen size bed and has an attached full bathroom and loft. The loft space is furnished with a couch that rolls out into a queen size bed. The loft also doubles as office space if you can't leave it all behind.

Head down to the fully finished basement retreat, it includes a wet bar, full bath, large entertainment space and unique surf board table that sits 6. The washer and dryer are located in the basement for convenience.

Outdoor amenities include a propane Weber grill, firepit, and hot/cold outdoor shower. Take in the quiet and stars from the private back patio. If your stay is mid-summer and your timing is right, pick blueberries from the 20 blueberry bushes in the front yard or enjoy a pear from the tree. The property is monitored by an outside security camera located at the front door.

Located on the quieter side of Chatham you are within convenient walking distance to great restaurants like Pisces and Drifters, and a short drive brings you to a local favorite Buca's Tuscan Roadhouse. A stroll along the soft sands of Forest Beach and its beautiful views awaits you less than a mile away. Ride or walk the nearby Old Colony Bike path for a breath of fresh air. Looking for the livelier atmosphere of downtown Chatham or Harwich? You're within a 10 minutes drive of either. Walk along the busy sidewalks enjoying quaint shops and more dining experiences.

This property is one of a kind! Clean, great location, and the host is both welcoming and responsive. You truly have everything you need while staying here, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and umbrellas. You’re a short drive to many beaches and also Main Street/downtown Chatham. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Cape!

Had a wonderful stay! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Chatham and the Cape. The kitchen was especially well appointed and even included a few pantry staples, which was a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning and appreciated having beach chairs and other supplies available for our beach days. Communication was excellent, and check-in was seamless. We’d gladly stay here again. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable!

Beautiful home; great location!

We loved staying at Cheryl and Martin’s home. It was very comfortable and convenient to the north, south and everywhere in between. Ty ye beach is just a short walk or drive away and it is a quiet beach with tons of seashells! Their home had all of the creature comforts of our own home - we live to cook and were pleasantly surprised by a stocked kitchen! Five stars all the way around - will stay again!

This home exceeded our expectations. Was very comfortable, clean, plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for 5 people. Furnished beautifully, large kitchen and dining for all of us to eat together. Property was private, away from the street and the host was very prompt to respond to all of our questions. Great home!

Wonderful time in Chatham!

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities and great location. Cheryl and Martin are lovely hosts. When we arrived we were greeted with some locally made chocolates, breakfast bars and a note welcoming us. They also provided us with many recommendations for places to visits as well as restaurant suggestions. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great Property in South Chatham

We were on the Cape for a Family reunion and our party of 7 rented this lovely, spacious house. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was beautifully decorated. We loved the back deck for a glass of wine in the evening. The location was perfect. The house is a 2 min drive or 15 min walk straight down the street to the beach. There were also two really great restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the fresh blueberries in the front yard and our teenage girls baked a pie! The host was amazing and responded right away to communications. We would definitely stay again! -the Logan’s

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything our family of six needed. The location was perfect, with easy beach access and close to local restaurants and shopping . The host was responsive and made everything seamless.
