Suite 303 – Soar instantly to new heights as you set foot in this sunny and spacious studio suite back-dropped by stunning views of the region's snow-capped peaks. Rich burgundy accents blend contemporary and provincial appointments to create a sweet, aerial atmosphere that will find you captivated. *This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salida. There are working restaurants and bars in the area. Be prepared for a truly urban experience.

This suite offers:

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchenette, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent and toiletries.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**

The description of the property was completly accurate and the location is perfect for walking around town. Great restaurants and local stores are only a few minutes away!

Lovely historic and convenient

What a treat to stay at this historic hotel! Conveniently located in the center of town within walking distance of everything, including the River! Great communication with staff as well!

Great location to explore Salida

Easy stay and central to everything. The room was spacious and tidy. Definitely a historic building but kept up with well given the age. I would stay here again.

Great property!

Loved this charming hotel. We had a short weekend trip to the area and had very easy check in/check out, with early check in available to us. Apartment was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area. We walked to restaurants, the river, etc.

Great little place

Three of us spent two lovely nights here while skiing at Monarch. Great location, close to restaurants and coffee and some cute shops. Easy access to highway and mountain. Room was very clean, stocked with everything we needed and decorated in theme with hotel. Perfect for two adults and up to two kids.

Nice and quaint loves the historical factor.

Loved this historical factor and the details of the room. Very comfortable beside having to deal with the temperature it was fairly warm throughout the night and we were unable to to get the system to cool off the room. Everything else was super. We would definitely stay there again!!
