Welcome to our centrally located Airbnb, centering comfort and family-friendly atmosphere! Only 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Denver.

There is drive-way parking for up to two vehicles and lots of street parking available in the neighborhood.

And you can embark on a culinary adventure around neighborhood and savor the diverse flavors that Aurora, CO offers.

Whether you are coming for a short stay or a longer Colorado adventure, this house is stocked with the amenities we actually use. Nothing was hastily chosen, everything is comfortable. A ready kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal, plus the essentials like salt/pepper, spices, coffee and tea.

Our brand new beds have been carefully selected by our pickiest sleepers to ensure a rejuvenating sleep. Our beds are also at a proper height for elderly folks to easily get on and off of. Our queen bed is on the ground level for those who have difficulty with stairs.

The backyard is totally fenced in and we have board games and toys for kids of all ages.

*We charge a $90 per stay fee for bringing pets. Two pets max are welcome - please contact us if you would like to inquire about bringing more.

All pets must be declared in your reservation before arrival. Guests who arrive with undeclared pets will incure an additonal $250 fee.

The description did not make it clear that this is a duplex but the house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but did not feel unsafe. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we asked to extend our trip by one night.

Great family stay!

My family and I had a great stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable and neighborhood was calm. Great location with stores / restaurants close by. Only thing I would change would be the back yard to be cleaned / maintained, our kids couldn’t go out back since the yard was a mess. Other than that, I would recommend and would stay again!

Was what we needed!

The place was clean, had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well stocked coffee bar, plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies. Off street parking available. Comfry beds. Property easily accessible for check in.

House was clean and well stocked. The yard was over grown and not good for little dogs. The parking was sparse on the street if you have more than one car. Some of the bushes out front could be trimmed in order to have better parking. A vacuum would also be nice. House overall was very comfortable.

I stayed with 3 of my siblings. Our only issue was with the AC. There were only 2 window units in the house. One was in a bedroom upstairs and the other in a bedroom downstairs. Since the temperature was in the 90s (fahrenheit) when we visited, this was extremely inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a nice stay! The home had a well equipped kitchen and was clean.

Me and my sons family rented this house due to mu oldest son retiring fom the Navy, eventhough we really used the place to sleep it was located in the perfect spot around alot of restaurants and easy acess to the main roads. Great Vibes

Beautiful house with a very nice vibe. It was easy to relax & feel at home. We loved that it was pet friendly and that every room had a personal feel. My kids loved the bathroom lighting on the lower level! Our every need was met. My only complaint would be that the coffee/tea station was a bit hard to use. Im only 5' & it was hard to see what i was doing. That and I was a bit nervous carry the water & used coffee filter back & forth from the kitchen, over the carpeting. And the online listing had 2 beds in every room but it was 1 bed in each. (Maybe just a technical error) which didn't effect our stay. Other than that, we had a had lovely time in this home.
