First and foremost, this cozy home is immaculately cleaned and well-maintained.
This home is walking distance to University of Colorado Hospital, Anschutz Hospital, Children's Hospital, public transportation, center of town and location is perfect for all activities. This new 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths home has Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and all beds are comfortable and perfect for up to 6 adults. It has 2 high definition flat screen smart televisions, high speed internet and 2 car garage. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

This house is located in Aurora, 1.7 miles from University of Colorado Hospital, Children's Hospital Colorado. It is also near Buckley Air Force Base, downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.

All 3 bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The master bedroom has big size walk-in closet, 55 inch flat screen smart TV and has its own bathroom with double sink granite vanity. The kitchen and baths have mahogany wood cabinets with slab granite counter top. All stainless steel appliances. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Your health and safety is our top priority. We have a thorough and regimented cleaning protocol and have added extra measures to ensure your safety. We disinfect all hard surfaces like kitchen countertops, baths countertops, refrigerator, remotes, and toilets. All bedding is washed between guests including throw blankets that were used. Extra blankets you find each closet are new or have been washed.

This was for sure a cozy home near Anshutz. We were very close to the hospital, which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean, and it had plenty of seating for the 6 of us to sit in the living room area. Having a garage to park in was a bonus. The only thing that was lacking was some kitchen supplies such as, more silverware and larger cooking utensils.

The location of this property was very close to the hospital, which was the reason we came to town. Enough space for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated finding this place and so easy to check in and get around.

No complaints, here. Comfy beds, and the home was exceptionally CLEAN. Definitely recommend you park your vehicle In the garage (Ask the Owner - Song to leave the garage opener for you).

Amazing place, Amazing grace!

We had an amazing stay. The home was incredibly accommodating, with every detail thoughtfully provided for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of space for us to unwind. The location was close to local attractions yet still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway! 10 Stars!

New appliances, Huge capacity washer/dryer. Fluffy, comfortable beds. Esthetically pleasing. Clean and well stocked. Played cards at the hightop table. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable for extended periods of time. A couple more towels and hand towels would've been nice, but we had what we needed. Would definitely choose this home again.

Perfect Location & Great Amenities

The house is conveniently located a few minutes from major restaurants, hospitals, and anything you could need during your trip. Communication with Song was excellent, and the check-in process was a total breeze. The property is exactly as pictured, very well stocked, and extremely clean. The outside space is partially covered, which is a great plus due to Denver’s ever-changing weather. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We had a great time and look forward to staying in Song’s home again!

We had a very pleasant two-week stay at Song’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of daily necessities, which made it easy to settle in. Having TVs in every bedroom and the ability to park in the garage were definite perks. The front yard was well-lit, and all the linens were soft, clean, and great quality.Song was a thoughtful host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.A couple small suggestions that could make future stays even better would be adding hangers in the guest room closets, maybe an egg-crate topper for the beds for extra comfort, and possibly a white noise option for street traffic.Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we’d book again when in the area. Repeat Customers

We hope never to have to stay any other place when we come to visit our 3 sons in Denver. It is a wonderful place, always so nice and clean, well supplied with everything we need to cook all our meals there. Love the big refrigerator and freezer. Also great to have a very comfortable bed and a garage to park in. But the biggest asset to this place is Song, the owner. You could not find a better host, willing to do his best to ensure that you have an excellent stay!
