Our home is a spacious ranch style open concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everything has been completely updated, from top to bottom. Each room has its very own name and style that is connected to different areas of the Lowcountry. There are two bedrooms to the left of the home, both with very comfortable queen-size beds and walk in closets that share a full bathroom. The owner’s suite sits off to the right side of the home with a very comfortable king size bed, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. There is a pack n play with bedding, a 6-in-1 highchair that offers multiple seating options from infant to toddler (offers the ability to seat 2 children at once), children’s toys and children’s books located inside of the master closet. (Please see pictures for reference). Each bedroom has blackout curtains. There is a sectional in the living room that provides a queen pull-out sofa bed; queen topper supplied for additional padding/support if desired. There are ceiling fans and smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms along with ample lighting throughout the home.

There is a dedicated workspace in the first bedroom and an additional desk area in the kitchen. (please see pictures).

We provide complimentary in-suite laundry to all our guests; washing detergent and dryer sheets supplied.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, new countertops, a full set of cookware, dishes, utensils, and many other additions. (please see pictures.) Coffee and tea also provided.

There are 4 TVs provided: a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. All TVs are Smart TVs and are connected to Wi-Fi.

The backyard features a spacious yard and a patio area with furniture which includes conversational seating area, table and chairs, and a gas grill. The patio offers a relaxing space overlooking the fenced backyard and wooded area behind; there are no houses behind the home. The wooded area also provides a nightly show of fireflies which our kids love!

You will have full and private access to the entire home; except for a small storage room off the master bathroom where supplies are stored.
