"Private pool" was a little deceptive, being a public pool in the middle of the HOA and not on the property. However, jumping off the dock, swimming and the beach made up for it. Grandkids never even asked aboutthe pool.

We loved the home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had a huge island. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room especially the giant tv and Skee ball. We all watched a basketball game in there one night. The pictures online were very accurate.The outdoor furniture was great. We enjoyed making s'mores on the beach one evening at the fire pit. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we had it to ourselves most of the time.Our group included 4 kids, ages 8-13 and 5 adults. We had lots of room and could have had a much larger group stay there. We would definitely stay there again.

GREAT VACATION HOME!

My family had a great time at Lake of the Ozarks! Our rental was very accommodating and comfortable. The location was amazing, and we very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was good for a family getaway. Grandparent,adult children and their kids. Ranging in age from 72-6. The kids loved the beach area and arcade room. We had a campfire at night and kids made s’mores. Had a very good Labor Day weekend!

Spring break family vacation

This was my first time visiting Lake of Ozarks and my family and I found so many neat things to do in the area and had a wonderful time.The house is very beautiful, the beds comfortable & who doesn’t love waking up to a lake view in the morning?The neighborhood was safe and quiet.The host answered all of my questions while adjusting to a new home. If we ever travel back to this area we would without hesitation rent from Luke again!

Read the details carefully before booking. This property did not live up to the listing or the price.The title suggests a private pool, but it is actually a community pool. While disclosed elsewhere, the presentation feels misleading.Communication with management was extremely disappointing. Before booking, I asked about boat docking and trailer parking but could not get clear answers. Policies regarding docking changed after we booked, yet we were never notified—critical information when choosing a lakefront property.We also requested early access simply to park our vehicles because we had rented a yacht, not to enter the house. We were initially told we would have to pay an early check-in fee just to park. Management eventually allowed it because the terms had changed after booking, but only after unnecessary confusion.We were also told we would receive an update about early check-in closer to arrival. No one followed up, and we only learned while traveling there that the policy had changed.The backyard was torn up from renovations and essentially unusable despite being advertised as an oasis. The home also needed a deep clean: dirty grout, large spiderwebs in the vaulted ceilings, and a broken dryer.Overall, we overpaid and the property underdelivered. Misleading presentation, poor communication, changing policies, cleanliness issues, and unavailable amenities made this a very disappointing stay.
