You can feel like a Newlywed on your beach getaway to this great vacation home, located about 50 yards to the beach on a semi-private Terrace with beach access. This immaculate, custom-built Tybee Island home features 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. Enjoy luxurious details throughout and catch the sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee from the third-floor balcony.

The main floor of the home is on the 2nd level. Guests are greeted with a foyer with high ceilings and beautiful touches. The living area is framed by an all-brick fireplace and built-in bookcases that house a Flatscreen Tv in the bright and open living room. Step out from the living area to the grand screened porch - with dining for 8, and rocking chairs, and an outdoor sofa for relaxing with a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Enjoy the Tybee breezes year-round on the screened porch.

The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, with a large pantry, and an under-counter built-in ice maker. The kitchen table has seating for 6. There is a half-bath powder room on this level. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The large, main Bedroom 1, is furnished with a King size bed, and a TV and has an attached outdoor covered balcony that has a great view of the ocean. The attached ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King bed, and a TV, and has a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa. The bonus sleeping area in the sitting room includes a twin over full bunk to accommodate additional family members. Please note the upper bunk is for small children only. This bonus room is separated from Bedroom 2 with a pocket door. The Jack-N-Jill bathroom connects with Bedroom 3 and has 2 separate vanities and a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedroom 4, on this floor also has a Queen size bed.

The ground-level includes a ping-pong table and cornhole boards, a detached laundry room with a full bathroom, a gas grill for guest use, and a hot and cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Just a short stroll down 11th Terrace is the semi-private beach access boardwalk. Take a long stroll over the dunes to the sand on Tybee's mid-island beach. Stroll the shoreline southward to the Pier to experience the restaurants and shops nearby on the Strand. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. High Speed internet Wi-Fi is included.
