Be one of the first to stay in this magnificent two-bedroom home (plus office w/ double pullout sofa) with panoramic views of the Sangre to Cristo Mountains. The home has been recently remodeled and purchased by new owners, who have furnished the home to perfection.

The location is in Valle del Sol, just a short 10-minute walk to the Plaza and just adjacent to the Fort Marcy Complex with park, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, as well as classes. Inexpensive day passes are available. It’s also close to the road to the ski area.

Upon entering you will notice the grand living room/dining room with spectacular mountain views beyond. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and large Smart TV with streaming. The dining table comfortably seats six.

Off the living room is a covered portal with colorful furnishings. It includes outdoor dining plus a lounge area, which is shaded most of the day. You will spend most of your time out here enjoying the view, reading a book, or sipping some wine…the ultimate in relaxation.

There is also a mountain view from the kitchen and dinette windows. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking on those days you’re not enjoying one of Santa Fe’s many quaint restaurants. All new appliances will make cooking more enjoyable. Adjacent is a dinette area.

This main floor has a beautifully decorated queen guest room. There is a bathroom for guests that includes a shower (no tub).

Up a half a flight of stairs is the large king master bedroom, generous closet, and ensuite bathroom. You will enjoy a private sitting area, as well. There is a Smart TV with streaming. The bathroom is amazing…with soaking tub, shower, and double sink.

There is an enclosed area off the master bedroom with a double pullout sofa for extra guests or children and desk where you may work and enjoy western/sunset views. There are no shades between the MBR and office.

Amenities include a double garage, washer and dryer, all linens, 2 Smart TV’s, WIFI (100 mbps download), and central air conditioning. There is also some off-street parking.
