Beautiful house centrally located on .5 Acres

Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on half an acre with plenty of room to hang out and make memories! The neighborhood is very safe and less than a 5 minute drive to major retail and grocery stores!

Additional Notes/House Rules:

🔥🪵♨️Fire Pit- Firewood is not provided. Firewood on site is not for guests use. Fire must be put out by 10PM and should never be left unattended

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood

🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be asked to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up day is Thursday morning.

🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-8AM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required

Garage is our storage space and not for guests use.
