Host was amazing! Location was perfect, close to literally everything! Nice quiet street! Extremely clean, bed was so comfy, loved the outside tub... and huge backyard! I will definitely book here again!

Check in was a breeze. Super cute and cozy place. Kitchener’s fully stocked with everything you needed if you choose to cook and eat in. Very convenient to everything. Host was very responsive and helpfully.We will stay her again if available when we are in town!

Incredible Hidden Gem

This place was the perfect quaint little place for my family of 4 to stay. Maribel was the best host we’ve ever had at any vacation rental, so responsive and accommodating for anything we needed. I couldn’t recommend her home enough!

The perfect getaway

This property was the perfect choice for my yearly visit to Lake County FL. Close enough to wonderful restaurants anda gym right around the corner. The property was very clean and comfortable with everything i needed for the week. I so appreciate the host for being able to communicate quickly. I highly reccomend this property

QUAINT

This was the cutest place. It was small and perfect for what we needed/wanted. This place is the best for photos, camp fires, and just overall perfect! Be advised the parking is super small, you have finagle with more than one vehicle parking.

It's as advertised. Cute and cozy. From the pictures I thought it was in the country (outskirts of Umatilla). But it's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and close to shopping.

Absolutely perfect

This little place was exactly as described. We were provided everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Dogs had the fenced in yard to roam and the humans had what we needed. Would definitely recommend and return.

Communicative and Clean!

We had a judge come down for a dog sport in our area. The judge was very pleased with how cute and clean the place was. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had before the judge arrived. We will certainly be referring her place and using her in the future

We stayed for two weeks at this location. The host was very kind. Loved having a washer/dryer. We didn't use the outside tub. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to consider insulating the medicine cabinet as it is directly against the outside wall and my deodorant melted a bit. The person who cuts the lawn should consider asking the renters to move their car to keep all the grass off the car. Got to watch a house be completely torn down across the street. Good thing it only took about 3 days. Lots of new things happening in Umatilla and the older homes are making way for new ones.

Can't say enough about this beautiful little barn!

We spent the first hour just in awe about how gorgeous the place was! It was so perfectly clean and welcoming in every way. We chose based on the pictures we saw but even they don't do it justice - it's an ideal romantic getaway for a couple to enjoy. We we lucky to have some cold weather and spent time in the spacious backyard with a fire and enjoying the quiet, as well as the outdoor bathtub, which was a real treat! Our dog was very happy to roam around the yard and explore. The host couldn't have been more charming and responsive - I feel like we made a new friend without even meeting her. 5 Stars all the way!! I could go on and on - we had the most relaxing and perfect time and we will absolutely make a return trip to the barn in the future!p.s. Make sure you go to Mount Dora on a weekend to get the full atmosphere - most shops and restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesday. We had a marvellous time on the Sunday we went into town :)

A BIG WOW in a small package

Sometimes things just take you by surprise; this is a great example of just that. Small, quaint and incredibly tranquil. It's hard to put your finger on it but there's a beautiful peaceful sense that comes over you starting with the funky little path into the house, and the majestic tree shading the amazing back yard. The outside bath tub feel so exposed, but so inviting. Love the décor and simplicity of the kitchen. Nothing fancy, but fancy at the same time. Took less than 15 mins to Mt Dura which is a great weekend getaway any day of the week. Love love love it!
