Come and stay at this beautifully modern cabin providing all the amenities to make your stay perfect! Everything brand new in 2023! Fully sticked kitchen, full size appliances, comfort foam mattresses, and all new furniture.

Whether you want to soak up the sun on our sandy beach or relax in the shade under one of the two newly built cabanas - we've got you covered. Shared cabanas have patio furniture, fire pit table, and Blackstone grill.

Want to float on the lake? Then bring your boat or water toys to moor at our dock and enjoy all Houghton Lake has to offer!

House Rules
Please Read All

Self check-in with door code
Note: Host will not be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please make sure to check you have all of your belongings before leaving your stay.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee from host, as this sets back our cleaner’s schedule.

General Rules:
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
No pets allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of neighbors. I do not allow parties.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am- please be courteous to your neighbors as cabins are in close proximity to each other.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits are not to be moved.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Excessive use of linens, blankets, house supplies will be subject to additional charges.
Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $400 fine.

Before you check-out
Put all used towels in the shower floor before you leave. You may leave used bedding on the bed (don’t strip the beds).
Please clean all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the trash receptacles located in the parking lot in front of the recreational building.
Turn off any lights, air conditioning.
Please close and lock all windows.
Lock door.

Beautiful cabin on the water

My wife and i chose this cabin based on photos that didnt do it justice. Beautiful modern cabin, super clean and right on water. We definitely are booking another getaway soon. Would give it 10 stars if we could.

Labor Day

This property was everything we had hoped for and more. We loved the Rec room/common area. It was perfect for our group. The owners were easy to get in touch with and were quick to respond. Very helpful before and during our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

A great place

The cottage was right on the lake, clean and well appointed. Lots of outdoor space to throw a football with the kids and only a couple of steps up or down for my elderly father to navigate past. Small but perfectly functional kitchen was used along with provided grill for prep, cooking and outdoor seating for meals. A great time was had and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Great spot for family trip

After visiting last year I knew this set up would be perfect for my family vacation. We were able to rent our own cabins and enjoy all the amenities. With young kids, the shallow lake and beach area kept them very entertained and having a shared area to prepare and share meals was great. It was also great to have our own space so that little ones could get good sleep! I have no doubts we will be back!
