Brand New Modern Cabin Steps away from beautiful Houghton Lake

Come and stay at this beautifully modern cabin providing all the amenities to make your stay perfect! Everything brand new in 2023! Fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances, comfort foam mattresses, and all new furniture.

Whether you want ti soak up the sun on our sandy beach or relax in the shade under one of two newly built cabanas - we've got you covered. Shared cabanas have patio furniture, fire pit table, and Blackstone grill.

Want to float in the lake? Then bring your boat or water toys to moor at our dock and enjoy all Houghton Lake has to offer!

House Rules
Please Read All

Self check-in with door code
Note: Host will not be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please make sure to check you have all of your belongings before leaving your stay.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee from host, as this sets back our cleaner’s schedule.

General Rules:
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
No pets allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of neighbors. I do not allow parties.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am- please be courteous to your neighbors as cabins are in close proximity to each other.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits are not to be moved.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Excessive use of linens, blankets, house supplies will be subject to additional charges.
Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $400 fine.

Before you check-out
Put all used towels in the shower floor before you leave. You may leave used bedding on the bed (don’t strip the beds).
Please clean all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the trash receptacles located in the parking lot in front of the recreational building.
Turn off any lights, air conditioning.
Please close and lock all windows.
Lock door.

We had a wonderful stay!. Very neat and clean with almost everything there you could need. The shared common spaces were nice, we did take advantage for the grill a few time. Very relaxing long weekend that we both needed and will most likely be back!

Perfect little spot

My husband and two daughters (1 1/2 and 4) came up for a quick weekend and had a wonderful time! Cabin is new and very nicely done, definitely quaint but we are up north to enjoy the outdoors! The shared amenities were great and we look forward to planning a return trip

Nicest cottage ever

All new, completely renovated. Well appointed kitchen, great common area for all to share, and great access to Houghton Lake. Owner/operators are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our Stay

Communication From the owner was excellent. Easy to get into to with electronic lock on door. Cabin was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is very small and bedroom is cramped with Queen bed and twin bunk beds. Bring your own bed pillows if you can. It was just 2 of us so we made it work. Bathroom is tiny, but very clean.

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed! It rained the second day we were there so we didn’t use the grills or fire pit that we were looking forward to. One of the other renters monopolized the kayaks, so we were unable to use those, too. But we loved the view out the window and sitting in the beautiful rocking chairs on the porch. If we are up to the lake again we would definitely plan to stay!

These cabanas are brand new and so nicely designed and decorated. Linens were excellent and kitchen has everything you need. Great spot for families and the dock is available to bring your own boat! Highly recommend.
