The space

With four bedrooms and three and a half baths, this two-story house is perfect for up to ten guests! The master bedroom located downstairs has a king bed, 55'' Smart TV, a large closet to store all your belongings, and a master bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom one has a trundle bed with three twin mattresses, a twin sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom two has another king bed with a 55'' Smart TV and closet. And bedroom three has a queen bed and closet space.

There is plenty of space for your party to spread out without feeling smooshed in the house, while also feeling close enough to spend ample time together and enjoy each other's company.

The first floor has an open concept, fully equipped KITCHEN for any meals you choose to have during your relaxing stay. Provided are a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, full dining sets and glassware. There is a large kitchen bar that can seat 4 guests, a dining room table with room for 8.

You also will have a private driveway and space for up to 4 vehicles.

Important Things to Note! We want you to enjoy your time in this vacation home but do not disturb the neighbors. County noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Loud music/noise is not to be heard within 50 ft of property line after 9:00PM CST.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 12, No More than 7 Adults!!!

This is a non-smoking property. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the home. If you smoke inside the home, YOU will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

- No late check-out or early check-in.

- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged extra Fee, if you bring a pet. Absolutely no pets of any kind, no exceptions.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
