Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath Gulf front condo on Navarre Beach that sleeps 10! Summerwind 1502W is "SeaClusion" in the West Tower on the 15th floor and offers many amenities that guests are looking for such as TV`s in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, nice décor, a full size washer and dryer, a large balcony with amazing views of the Gulf and an extra alcove room for additional bedding. This condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, 2 twin beds in the extra alcove room and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** . ***This property requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night stay during peak Summer (6/1 - 7/31)***

The views were great . It would be a full 5 stars had the elevator not quit working for a full day with very little communication in fact was told by lunch it would be working again. It didn’t start until 7pm. Climbing steps 15 floors is not idea and not to mention is a safety hazard if an emergency occurred. Otherwise one of the nicest condos and views we’ve stayed in

Navarra paradise

I absolutely love Navarra beach!!! The white sand and clear water are unmatched. A nice stroll down the beach just before dark is exactly my kind of vacation!!!

Great Mini-Vacay

Our family enjoyed a short beach vacay at this unit. It was our second time staying at this resort and it continues to meet our expectations. The check-in process is a breeze, instructions are emailed but can also be found in the unit, unit was ready early, and equipped with all needed items. It is not high-class luxury but it is clean, location is amazing and it meets all of our needs. Will return yet again for another great beach vacay soon!

Everything was very clean, but the condo is showing signs of wear and tear. The ceiling in the bathroom looks to be under the process of being repaired. The tub needs replacing or refinishing.Otherwise it was a pleasant unit, and we had nice trip.

Amazing Property

Summerwind is amazing. Very clean and very secured. The owner was great to work with and management were great. The views are spectacular and just a few feet away from the pier. Pictures do not do this property justice. Will definately be staying here again.

Great stay!

Our stay on the 15th floor was everything we had hoped for! Love having the option for beach or pool for the kids; was a little disappointed that only 1 out of the 3 pools was heated and then that one ended up closing mid week for a filter change that kept it out of commission for the remainder of our stay. I would think that could have been timed a little better, but otherwise everything was clean, staff was attentive, and vacation was relaxing! Loved that Navarre is a little less touristy and family friendly.

Great Location!

Loved the location of this rental! Especially with the bridge out. The check in was a bit rough with codes not working and there is a trick to getting the elevator to work, which we did not know prior to getting there, so we had to take the stairs with all our luggage at 11 at night. The place was clean and well stocked! Loved the bathroom!! Patio had absolutely stunning view and I spent a lot of time there. DEFINITELY will book this place again in the future. Favorite VRBO/Airbnb!

Location is great. Amenities are nice. Comfortable beds. Great condo layout for a family. Kitchen had only the bare essentials. Grout throughout condo needs cleaned. Debris under the furniture. Master bathtub didn’t drain well. Passcode we were given for check in didn’t work. Overall a good condo, a few changes could make it 5 stars.

Great vacation!!!

First let me say WOW!! I just returned yesterday from a week stay in this condo. This was my first time to Navarre Beach. I have not ever really considered myself a "beach person". I must say that I am now!! Navarre is a spectacular place and this condo just was the icing on the cake. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. I would highly recommend this condo. It is on the 15th floor and this is perfect. It is located right outside the elevators so the access is quite easy and never waited on an elevator. You do not want on a lower floor because the view is not as great. Summerwind is well kept and the pool area is magnificent. We used the hot tub mostly. The beach is just too beautiful to spend the time at the pool. I am already looking to return next year. This is going to be an annual trip. Book this condo; you will not be disappointed!!!!

Love this place!!

Great place to stay with family, very clean. Awesome views!! Loved sitting the balcony listening to the waves. I would definitely stay here again. Navarre is a great place to stay!! Like someone else mentioned the outside chair will pinch your bottom! Beware!:) The master bed was a little hard.

Great view

You can't beat the view from the 15th floor at Summerwind West. Condo was found just as the pictures show and was very comfortable and quiet. We didn't do much cooking but had plenty of dishes. Our coffee pot was broken when we arrived ,but the property managers replaced it immediately.

Navarre is a now an annual trip

We had never been to Navarre but had friends that vacationed there annually for decades (not at this property). After our trip to Belize was put in doubt due to hurricane activity I booked this condo last minute for my family of 3. It’s a great property, very clean, very friendly staff. We will make Navarre an annual trip from now on. Even over the July 4th holiday the beach in front of the property does not feel overly crowded. The fireworks on the fishing pier just next to the resort was spectacular! We had no real problems with the condo, maybe upgrade the balcony seating. The plastic chairs had some cracks that would pinch and the wood chairs needed some new bolts but really that is the only negative I could come up with. And it’s definitely more petty than I’d Normally go but literally the only negative.

All went very well.

My wife and I enjoyed our first time stay at Navarre Beach. The condo is very nice, and the view is super. The weather was a bit wet and rough at times but, over-all our stay was pleasant.
