Situé dans le b��timent est de Beach Colony Resort, l'unité est joliment meublée avec une vue partout! Le Penthouse dispose d'un lit king size dans la chambre principale, d'un bain à remous dans la salle de bain principale donnant sur le golfe du Mexique, de deux lits queen size dans la deuxième chambre, d'un lit queen size dans la troisi��me chambre et . Cette unité a des portes coulissantes de mur �� mur et une fenêtre d'image adjacente qui enveloppent le salon en le remplissant de lumière et une vue panoramique sur le golfe à couper le souffle. Vous pourrez savourer un repas en famille ou entre amis sur le grand balcon tout en écoutant le fracas des vagues sur la plage et en admirant un magnifique coucher de soleil. Chaque étage est privé avec seulement 4 unités sur chaque étage. Les installations comprennent un parking couvert, 2 courts de tennis, la plus grande piscine de la plage de Navarre et un centre de fitness complet.

Absolutely beautiful view of the gulf from the penthouse. The facility was clean. it was easy to book and communication was simple. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils.

Beautiful views

Great views of the gulf and the bay and lots of big windows to see it all. Good location and easy walk to a couple of restaurants and bars. Great place for a family getaway.

Property was great. I would consider window covers so people can't see in at night. Also clean the ceiling vents, there was a lot of dust. Very spacious for the whole family. The pool was a little cool and chlorine levels was so high but the ocean was amazing. Great views from balcony.

Relaxing Stay

The property was as advertised. The views were excellent and the condo had plenty of space. The TVs and patio furniture were upgraded since listing picture were taken, which was a nice surprise. We had a great week of sun and sand! We would definately stay here again.

We are glad the sisters enjoyed their trip. Had we been notified, we would have had a new coffee pot taken to the unit and the ants treated. It is impossible to correct a problem after someone has left.

Thanksgiving on the Beach

We had a group of 7 stay at the condo. Two other couples stayed elsewhere. The condo was great for 7 for sleeping, anymore than that and it would have been tight. We hung out at the condo as a group of 11 and it had plenty of space between the family room, kitchen and the beautiful back deck. The views were amazing (I love the panhandle of FL). The kitchen has plenty of supplies. We had a fabulous time. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall really great. Needed a knif sharpener and one more large pasta pot but otherwise lacking nothing. So many extra blankets avilable and even beach toys! We did get some extra hangers and left in the closet. Beds comfy and plenty of room for the family spread out. The beach was wonderful for kids. Pool chilly this time of year. Would stay again.

I way over paid for this property. The pictures are very misleading. Did not seem like a 2000sf condo. Should have stayed on a lower level for cheaper price. The 2 secondary bathrooms need updated. The bedroom with 2 beds is so cramped you can barely walk around. All the bedrooms have really big furniture. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen is small and needs work. Painting and new floors. The couch and loveseat were old. Stains on the carpet. There’s no table on the balcony. Just chairs. Laundry room was small and not clean. Location was good. Had fun at the beach. Pool was nice but was closed for cleaning one day. Nice grills down by the pool. Plenty of covered parking. Elevators worked but hot and stuffy inside. I have stayed at Beach Colony several times and our recent penthouse stay was the worst.

Great location.

Overall a really nice place. All furniture was quite comfortable and a above average kitchen set up was very useful. Great views from the balcony, but most of the windows had broken seals, so the views were obstructed from the inside. I’ve been told they are addressing it. Also be aware, while the pool is the largest in the area - it is not heated. Im sure it would be fine come summer, but in Spring, it was too cold to be used.

Oh my goodness.....the view!

Very nice condo. Very clean and well maintained. We had a group of 8 and there was enough space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The biggest selling point though is, without a doubt, the views of both the Gulf and the Sound side! Absolutely stunning!

Almost perfect.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The only comment we had was about the furniture. It just doesn't fit the fantastic beach scenery. It was comfortable and that is why we still gave the condo 5 stars just an odd choice. Gorgeous views from every window. Even 19 floors up you can hear the gulf and the wildlife. A short walk to the pier where you always see something new. Just a great vacation spot.

Clean and well maintained. Beautiful building, pool and beaches.

I was exceptionally pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean and beds were comfy. I especially was pleased that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking. Everyone in our group said we will definitely come back in the future.
