This is a NON-SMOKING apartment and we DO NOT allow PETS or ANIMALS of any kind (we cater to people with allergies. Thank you for your kindness and understanding)
There are bikes available upon request for your enjoyment and beach towels upon request.

There is a smoking section out in the side yard under the gazebo for your use
This is a quiet neighborhood and there is a county noise ordinance in effect from 10pm to 9am

Property is only 1.5 miles to HCA St. Petersburg Hospital and 3.5 miles to Bay Pines Veterans Hospital
