The Bungalow. A beautiful spot to unwind, surrounded by nature

Enjoy the peaceful country setting in this luxurious studio apartment with an ensuite private sauna. After a great day of exploring all the area has to offer relax with some heat therapy in your very own sauna! Across the road is a horse pasture and in the backyard is an old orchard with beautiful birdsong. A quaint path meanders through the back of the property. Enjoy it with a morning coffee or an afternoon spritzer.

Guests have the entire space to themselves with a private entrance, private sauna, private outdoor area, as well as amenities. The house, while not a true duplex, does have another unit that is on the opposite end of the house. There are no shared walls however as the middle section is unoccupied so as to create tranquility and quiet for all guests. Guests could potentially book both units if they were traveling with another couple giving them both space and privacy, yet enjoying each other’s company. Please see additional photos.

The property is in an ideal location for day trips to area attractions such as : The Watkins Glen State Park, the Finger Lakes Wineries, Watkins Glen International, Corning Museum of Glass, Ithaca, and so much more.

The Bungalow was great and was as advertised. Was clean and spacious. If we ever go back to the finger lakes we will for sure stay again.

Awesome stay!

We booked a stay for a long weekend of hiking and sightseeing. The Bungalow was a perfect fit for our trip, clean, convenient, and tucked away. Elissa was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed, would absolutely book with them again!

Great place and beautiful location. My husband and I came up for a wedding. Will definitely be coming back for a night away soon! Great communication from host. The place had everything we needed for the weekend!

Our stay was really nice. The Bungalow is super cute. Very cozy, warm and inviting. I especially liked the fact that our host left us farm fresh eggs for breakfast. That was a nice touch., which was very appreciated. The Bungalow is also centrally located to lots of things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this charming little oasis away from home to anyone looking to just get away and relax.

Whether it’s hiking or kayaking in the summer, foliage sightseeing in the fall, or skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. And no matter what season it is there are an abundance of wineries and breweries to visit and enjoy!

Quiet road, with houses few and far between. A great private cedar sauna to enjoy after a long day of exploring this beautiful area. Cedar saunas are renowned for their health benefits. Also a great view of horses pasturing across the road and a view of the valley and mountains. The backyard has a patio for barbecuing , or sitting by the fire pit.
