We have enjoyed the stay. Very convenient location and host were very friendly. I will definitely repeat staying there when I go to Clearwater next time.

Beautiful house steps away from beach and restaurants!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and we could not have been happier with our stay. The house is a block away from the beach and restaurants. Everything is walking distance so it was super great to enjoy the weather! The house is decorated perfectly for a beach escape. The house had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to use. We have already talked about making this a yearly tradition! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Next to a bar

This house is beautifully decorated. The close proximity to stores and restaurants is great. However, it is directly next to a bar. It is loud. Also, we were not aware of the expensive parking costs...$18 every 5 hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot. Would stay again.

Great location with the caveat that it is next to a bar/restaurant which is a huge bonus but also made it loud. The bar closes at 12, sometimes stayed open until 1 but was overall more of a bonus than an imposition. Just a heads up for light sleepers. Clean, safe, and perfect location to the beach. You have to pay for parking which starts at 6 am so we had to set an alarm to get up and start our parking, again, still worth it. Our group has already planned on making another trip and staying here again.

Family getway

Overall the property was staged beautifully. Very modern. We noticed our feet were dirty from the floors. One of the beds had a lot of sand under the pillows. I actually took a photo it was quite a bit of white sand. The towel rack was broken in the guest bathroom. No coffee maker for coffee grounds. I also feel a 10:00 am check out is not normal. I would go back again because location was perfect.

Good location!

Overall our stay was great without many issues. The house has three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two pull out couches that can easily accommodate for a large family like ours. Another plus was that our A/C went down, but very quickly maintenance assessed the situation and installed a new A/C unit within 24 hours. The only downsides are that the location is right next to a bar, which is a nice bar but there are a lot of people walking by the property at night. Another issue we faced was that there was no designated parking, which isn’t mentioned much in the listing. Paying for the street parking right aside can cost 50 a day unless you manage to score the one free spot nearby or find a parking garage you can pay for the time you are there. Overall, our stay was a positive experience and I would consider staying again in the future. It’s very close to the beach and Mandalay Avenue has a lot of shops and restaurants to check out. The kitchen utilities and the grill were fantastic additions to our stay as well.
