Our family had a great time. The house was comfortable, roomy and the pool was nice. We had most everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We loved the house. Thank you.

We had a fabulous time with our kids and the grand parents. Everything inside the house was brand new. Everyone loved the outdoor pool especially in the afternoons. The beach is an easy walk even for young and old people. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfection

The property was amazing! In a nice neighborhood literally 2 block from beach access. Also 3 minute drive to shopping! The house was recently renovated and in pristine condition. The beds were comfortable had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was chilly but we did go first week of April. We loved every minute of it! i had 4 teenagers with me and they never got bored!

Pool and Steps to the Beach

Very spacious house so close to the beach, excellent for our family gathering! We enjoyed the pool, the pool deck could use some refreshing. Plenty of beds and bathrooms but walls a bit thin between 2 front bedrooms! Overall great place.

Plenty of room. Excellent supply of items to make our trip a “breeze”. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and downtown shops & restaurants.

Great house and area

We really enjoyed staying near the beach and the quiet end of Clearwater Beach. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool as well. We appreciated having someone come by to take out the trash bins on trash day!

Close to beautiful beach

The house met all our expectations. We loved the cleanliness, the pool and the layout. Get friends get together! It would have been nice to have a written instruction sheet detailing about trash, where washer and dryer ( It was hidden outside in a cabinet in the pool area) was, etc. all the was sent in a generic email.

Great Place - Close to the Beach

Overall great experience. Great home with everything you need. Only a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Bars and restraunts are also within walking distance. Ride shares are available for anything beyond walking.

Perfect location and accommodations

This property is a great place for a family large or small. The location and proximity to the beach and downtown area is excellent. Cook wear needs updating. Yet the leases need also KNOW HOW TO USE IT. Our stay was perfect.

We loved this rental!

Very close to North Beach which is much more private than Clearwater Beach which is just a short walk down the beach. The house was perfect. Large enough for our group to spread out and plenty of sleeping space. There wasn't anything I didn't love about this property and would happily stay here again.

Beach time

We had a great stay at your property for some relaxing beach time after a few hectic days at Disney. The home was clean, well equipped and in a great location with an easy walk to the beach The north beach at Clearwater seemed private even though the main beach down by the pier was packed. The pool was clean and warm and the kids loved a morning and afternoon swim every day. We visit Clearwater Beach almost every year and would love to stay at your property again! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Clearwater location

Everything was pretty much as advertised. Has enough space for a large family. Loved that the fridge has a water and ice dispenser. A lot of places do not. Beach was just a short walk. The area for the beach was perfect for us. It’s away from the heavy foot traffic area. So it was nice and quiet. We didn’t use their beach chairs . They were rusty and worn. I found a local place that delivered new chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart right to our door. That was cool lol. It was annoying that we had to go around and turn off the very many lights in the place when we arrived. Every single light was on. It was a nice experience there. I would stay again.

The is a great place to stay. Communicating with the property manager is a bit awkward, but other than that is great and absolutely worth it.
