Location was perfect for us visiting family and friends. Enjoy sitting on the front porch and watching the sunset and dolphins playing in the river. Would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great place for exploring the area, had a great time biking around. Front patio was perfect for sunsets. Amenities were new, everything was very functional for my visit. Off street parking was great, street parking was available. Host responded immediately to text questions. Very happy for my needs.

Wonderful spot on the river

We loved this location in the upscale San Marcos neighborhood. Walkable to great restaurants and shops, and you can't beat the view! Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend

Was here for a month on business. Great location, on site parking, and easy communication. Going to make my usual spot when I’m back in Jax. The walls are pretty thin so just a heads up if you are traveling with little ones.

Great place, the only change would be the parking garage not having street numbers. Would have been very difficult if had arrived after dark.

Great apartment!

Super close & convenient! The apartment is spotless, exactly as described. We liked that it was halfway in between our doctor's appointments and the cute downtown area. We could walk to everything. Eric was very responsive and the check in & out was easy.

Fantastic

Check in was super easy. Parking in the back was great. Host was great about communication. But the best thing was being right across from the water. So relaxing. Wonderful neighborhood. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. 10/10

Great stay

The picture in the listing is not the exact unit we were given to stay in, I think it is the unit across the hall. (There are 4 units in the building all together) However, the one we stayed in was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Everything looks new and fresh. There are lots of windows and natural light. Management was very responsive to my questions both before booking and during our stay. We had a minor maintenance issue and they sent someone out the very next morning as our convenience. The only complaints I had was that there was a family staying above us that was very loud and we could hear them, and there is no full length mirror in the unit. The apartment is directly across from the riverfront park with a beautiful view. It was very relaxing to sit on the terrace. However, as it is a public park, it was busy little area. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance and downtown Jax is a short drive. We would definitely stay again when we are back in the area.
