Located on Las Vegas Golf Club, this backyard is very private, clean, and relaxing.

Inside this beautiful home you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and brand new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffeemaker, and professional blender.

In the cabinets you will find plentiful pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, bakeware, and clean silverware. Additionally, you will be supplied a can opener, bottle opener, strainer, baking dishes, straws, oven pads, and cutting boards. You'll also be provided with paper towels, dish towels, a new sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Here's a perk: Free coffee! To accompany your coffee you'll also get creamers, sugar packets, artificial sweeteners, cups, and straws - everything you need for a good morning start with your group.

We provide some basic breakfast foods such as oatmeal packets and mini cereal boxes. In the fridge you'll find condiments, and in the cabinets you can expect to find seasonings and oils - but please plan to do some grocery shopping when you arrive if you want to cook meals in this well-appointed kitchen.

Each of the bedrooms includes comfy bedding, lamps, tissues, USB power ports, and smart TVs.

Guest access

Our pool/backyard maintenance crew may pay you a visit during your stay to inspect and treat the pool or perform landscaping if necessary. You won't have to do anything because our pool guys enter via the side yard, while our landscapers merely go to the rear and don't need or have access to the house. Cleanliness is just one of our top most priorities.

*** No additional guests other than registered allowed without Host approval. If you do bring an unauthorized guest (without contacting the host), we request VBRO to cancel your reservation without refund. If you do plan on bringing extra guests please enter them in your reservation and it!

• NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking outside and on balcony is okay. Our properties have a no smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine.

• HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines up to $2,500 and/or loss of booking.

• NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES WITHOUT host approval. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited without host approval. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking.
