Such a wonderful trip!

We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean (ate out there for every meal) and the convenience of getting to the beach. This condo was huge, clean, and more than adequate for 4 adults. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay so much! We did experience a lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work and the guest rooms stayed very warm even with fan and ac on.

Love to be at the beach

The convenience of the beach and the pool are truly wonderful. We also enjoyed the layout of the rental and the view from the balcony. It was a great getaway for our family.

Sweet beach vacation

2025 Annual Navarre Trip

This unit was great. The beds were firmer than we are used to, but it is well furnished and on a great beach. I would recommend it for anyone.

Rolling Tides was perfect!

Rolling Tides was perfect for our vacation. It was the perfect place to watch dolphins play every morning and just to enjoy the view. We had 3 generations of ladies on this trip and we had plenty of room for everyone. We loved our week at Rolling Tides! We would stay here again!

Location, location, location!

What a great condo in the perfect location! The unit was nice, beds comfortable, and kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. I typically book property on a higher level, but the fourth floor view was great!

Great views of the ocean

We loved the view from the balcony. Also, the master bathroom window looks out to the ocean. The property was clean and decorated very Beachy and fun. Kitchen was very easy to use with all the amenities and lots of servingware. The hall closet was a surprise with all kinds games and a puzzle that we enjoyed putting together as a family. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach Colony was GREAT!!!

Beach Colony 4A East was great for our family of 7!! There was a total of 3 couples, my husband and I, twin daughters who are married, and one grandson who’s 16 months old. Each couple had their own room as well as their own bathrooms. The balcony was wonderful!!! It had a table for 6 people. This is where we ate our meals. It was really easy getting to the beach/pool. Will definitely book here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo ! Very spacious, great size bedrooms, for me just high enough up/ beach view perfect! Only complaint- the front door- it took us forever to unlock it and get in ( may want to look into that) overall fantastic stay! We will be back 😊

Relaxing+

We very much appreciated the quiet, comfort and cleanliness of the property! We could see dolphins and hear the ocean from the balcony, make meals from a well-equipped kitchen, enjoy movies while sitting on the comfy couches, and soak in the giant tub!!!! We also loved its proximity to local activities like walking to the Pier to see the sunrise, having fish tacos at Juana’s on the outside deck, beverages at the local gift shop, and lounging next to the ocean in the blue beach chairs. Would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to returning next year!

What a wonderful time!

I have been to Navarre Beach a handful of times in the past. This was my first time staying at Beach Colony’s. The Condo was a great size and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The only complaint about the condo was the kitchen floor corners weren’t clean. All in all, a great condo. Loved the balcony!

Fine location - needs updating

I loved Beach Colony properties. This particular unit needs updating. Accommodations were just fine. We loved the big balcony and outdoor table and chairs. The furniture is older and not very comfortable. One of the kitchen chairs had a broken leg and we had issues with the outlets working. Washer and dryer work but are very old. The whole units needs an update.

Condo is very roomy and beautiful. Only negative thing is there are 96 units in this condo with one working elevator. It takes at least 8-10 minutes to get on elevator. Workers said it would take 3 months to fix. Thankfully this unit is on 4th floor and if you aren’t carrying items you can take stairs. We didn’t have the prettiest water this stay due to lots of seaweed in water and on beach. But overall a memorable experience.

Friend and family vacation june23

The condo is perfect location, clean, plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child (9yrs). The weather was horrible but we made the best of it. I have been coming to Navarre or pensacola for 20 plus years and never seen so many red flags! The 3 things that could have made the condo better… coffee pot was super slow and one didn't work at all. The toaster worked some of the time and garbage disposal worked some of the time. The check in was a pain bc we hd to go to different property for a key… a lock box would have been much easier and more up to date. We would still stay there again and pray the weather was better.

We could not find one single thing that wasn’t perfect about this condo. It was clean, roomie, right on the beach and had everything we needed. The rooms were nice and big and the beds slept great too!
