MASTER BEDROOM #1:

Luxurious king bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, spacious spa like en-suite master bathroom with stand alone tub, frameless glass shower and 2 sinks. Plenty of storage for your getaway. Master bedroom is opens up to the screened in lanai.

BEDROOM #2:

Tranquil, larger second bedroom offers a luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV, abundant storage and private connection to the 2nd full bathroom with large, frameless, walk-in in spa shower.

Adequate space that allows for a large and comfortable twin rollaway bed and portable crib (provided upon request).

KITCHEN:

Fully renovated, state of the art, spacious and open modern kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking in! Coffee/tea, spices, provided. We thought of every details for your stay with us! Filtered drinking water.

DINING ROOM:

Serene, comfortable, coastal inspired dining space for shared meals with your loved ones. Comfortably seats 4.

LANAI (screened balcony)

Enjoy coffee and quiet time in our large, screened in patio that opens up to the vastness of the Lely Golf Course! Fan and lighting provided to spend warm Florida evenings outside.

WORK SPACE:

Designated work desk is part of the living room, equipped with high internet/ WiFi access. The club house has a workstation as well with free WiFi and printer.

GOLF: TWO COURSES ON THE PROPERTY

The Lely resort is ranked one of the top 50 golf resorts in the United States by golf world magazine and you will be staying on the 36 championship holes of world-class golfing.

Best of all, our guests enjoy preferred tee times and discounted golf!

Cart fees mandatory on both courses and are extra and payable to Lely golf club.

Guests can book preferred tee times through the GreenLinks condo reception.

Ideal central location between Naples and Marco Island, you are just 15 minutes from the lively downtown Naples or stunning, sugar white sand beaches in either location.

Naples Pier Beach, Tigertail Beach (paddleboard and kayak), Lowdermilk Park, Naples Botanical Gardens and Naples Zoo are all just few short 10-12 miles away and provide fun for the whole family!

Plenty of restaurant options within Lely resort that are a short 1-3 mile drive from our property.

SHOPPING:

Grocery stores and casual restaurants are within 1-2 miles of the Resort complex. Fine dining and shopping easy and short 6 mile drive to downtown Naples! Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and the Mercato Shopping center 12 miles away.
