Villa Dolphin est une maison décorée avec goût mais confortable w. couleurs amicales de la Floride. La maison offre 3 chambres w. 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux pour accompagner 6 personnes très confortables, une piscine creusée chauffée solaire et électro avec w. spa (PAS un bain à remous) et terrasse couverte pour barbecues, 4 téléviseurs (3 appartements), laveuse et sécheuse et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un merveilleux séjour en Floride. Non seulement pour vos enfants et petits-enfants à seulement 5 minutes au nord, vous trouverez le parc aquatique Sun Splash, amusant pour tout le monde avec des toboggans passionnants. Pour le divertissement, vous trouverez de nombreux magasins locaux et bien connus de franchises, de chaînes et de restaurants uniques ainsi que des magasins juste au coin de la rue. Si vous êtes à la recherche de magnifiques restaurants au bord de l'eau et de la musique live, essayez le Rum Runners & The Joint Restaurant avec un bar à cabanons ouvert à Cape Harbor Marina ou promenez-vous sur Santa Barbara Blvd ou Del Prado Blvd South. Toll ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben schon mehrfach Häuser gemietet, auch in Cape Coral. Dieses Haus gehört zu den schönsten, in den wir wohnen durften. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat wirklich alles, was man benötigt oder eben auch einfach von zuhause gewohnt ist. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und kommen hoffentlich irgendwann einmal wieder. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls hervorragend, sehr schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Vor Ort war ebenfalls ein Ansprechpartner mit guten Tips und jederzeit erreichbar.

Perfect get away

We stayed there for roughly 10 days. Everything was to perfection. Secluded enough for privacy and security. Stores and supermarket are within bicycle riding distance. The house was perfectly furnished with dishware, and all the main necessities. My kids and my wife loved it. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect vacation

We have had perfect two weeks of vacation in the villa dolphin. The house is perfectly equipped, from the cooling boxes to beach toys for the kids: everything was found there. The rooms and the kitchen were clean, the floor in the living room brand new. The contact to the owner, as well as to Thomas was friendly and reliable. We have been in Cape Coral four times now, and this home was one of the best. We loved the pool and the cosy flair. Thank you!

Our home - away

Even if this is not our home, we have never felt so much at home. Clean, equipped with almost everything, nice and cosy. The weeks we spend in the house went all to quick, so we must return a.s.a.p. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Fantastic and relaxed

This house had everything we hoped for. Two bathrooms, a great kitchen and a nice livingroom, and all very well equiped. The pool was big enough for our family and had a good temperature to relax after a day beach or shopping center. There were enough and nice bathtowels in different sizes. In the garage were a lot of things we could use in the pool or at the beach and two good bicycles. The house was clean and well maintained. Shortly we had a great stay. If we ever come back to Cape Coral, we will certainly think about renting this wonderfull house again from this very friendly and nice german owners.

PERFECTLY clean and super well equiped

The house is exceptionnaly well equiped. We were 5 p. including 3 children (3, 8 and 9 y.o). It has everything you need for a big family : no bother bringing the bath towels for the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach mattresses, beach towels ! Same in the kitchen, it has EVERYTHING ! This family-sized house is just perfect and not too big, super clean. TV everywhere in each room. As french people, we did appreciate this german touch in the house. Thanks to Thomas who has been so nice and great help ! The only thing you should know is that the closest sandy big beach where there is a typical vacation atmospher (hustle) is 40 kms away (Ft Myers beach). We loved the house. Too bad it is far away from the Ft Myers pier where everything happens but it's still worth it (stores are near by). Thank you, we had a great and memorable time in the house, especially the swimming pool which has space and long chairs. Too bad the Dolphin would not work...

Beautiful, very clean, and relxing

The house was pristine. With most vacation rentals, the pics look nicer than the actual house. But this house was actually nicer than the pics. Very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the Pool without having to pack anything and then have to drive or walk to the beach or pool lugging all of your stuff. You just walked out the door to relaxation. Everything that you needed was in the house. The neighborhood was very nice; I felt safe. We did not want to leave; my wife was looking for houses to buy in Cape Coral when we got home. The only suggestion for improvement; they could use some instructions on how to operate the hot tub and pool. It took me a couple of days to figure out the valves. After I figured the out, I kept the pool at 85-87F by just using the solar heater. You had to use the heater to heat the hot tub at night.

Very Nice!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dolphin. The pool and whirlpool were great, we had everything we needed. There were a number of places to eat/shop nearby, and easy access to the freeway, but not close enough to hear it. Easy check in and out! The description was accurate, property was clean. We would recommend this property.
