Our open and roomy beach house is located less than 1 mile from gorgeous and peaceful Brigantine Beach. The house is also nestled in the middle of Brigantine Golf Links without being directly on the course. Our home is perfect for family beach vacations or a group of friends looking for the option to be in a quiet beach town that’s only a 10 minute Uber to Atlantic City!

Our home was renovated 3 years ago in order to create an open and comfortable space for a family or friend beach getaway. The house has ample free parking - 1 garage spot, 2 spots in the driveway and plenty of available street parking. There are 2 large living rooms with comfortable couches, flat screen TVs (75" HD LED TV), and Apple TV. The bedrooms are all spacious with the ability to accommodate additional air mattresses if needed. There are 2 full baths upstairs and 1 half bath on the first floor. We also recently added a high quality outdoor shower in the backyard. Upstairs bathrooms come with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, real Chicago brick floors with an island, 2 stools and a kitchen table/eating area, making it easy to entertain. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to make a big family meal. You can also enjoy our back deck with outdoor dining table and chairs, umbrella and gas grill. Washer and dryer are located in the mud room next to the garage. The house also comes with plenty of beach towels, 5 beach chairs, and 10 beach tags.

Great House and Great Location

Stayed for a long weekend in the summer with friends for a beach, golf, and AC trip. House was perfect - plenty of space, great condition, fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor shower was an awesome touch after the beach. Location was great too - easy to get into Atlantic City, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a minute from a golf course and the beach. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

The house was very big, with lots of areas to hang out with 9 people. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The house was very clean. They provided towels for us as well as beach tags, which was very nice. We were close enough to go to the beach, Atlantic City, and Ocean City The check out process was also very easy. I would absolutely rent from this property again.

Steve is a great owner and communicator. The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very spacious and accommodating. The home is close to Atlantic City. We had such a fun time. Will definitely use this property again in the near future !

Great stay!

We had a great stay, and the host was a great communicator, making the check in and out processes super easy! We loved having 2 living rooms so the kids could watch something in one room while the adults watched something else in the other, while being just around the corner. Lots of room for all 9 of us to stay together! Just a short drive to the beach and walk to the bay. Everyone in our group said they’d love to stay there again!

Spacious beach house on beautiful Brigantine

We stayed in July for my sister’s bachelorette. We were looking for a nice house with multiple bedrooms for 7 people total, close to the beach and amenities of Atlantic City. The property was gorgeous with fun nautical themes. Having 3 showers (including the outdoor shower which was a fan favorite) so our group could get ready quickly was key. Providing beach towels and beach chairs for guests was perfect as we were all traveling in from different cities and didn’t have to pack these. Each room was tastefully decorated and we liked the illustrated classic books throughout. We sent the house information to our family in case we want to rent here again. Steve was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We had a great experience! Highly recommend this house.

Perfect spot in beautiful brigantine!

Perfect getaway house! We had a family of 9, the house was beautiful! Extremely clean. Plenty of sleeping areas for all of us. The house came with everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was a nice added bonus!! The owners were fantastic. great communication....Any question I had was answered immediately. Check -in was super easy. I would highly recommend staying here! Again, cannot say enough great thing about the owners and property. It's perfect for a nice beach getaway, and only about 15 minutes to AC!

GREAT HOUSE FOR OUR FAM

We had 8 of us in town for an anniversary celebration. The house was plenty spacious and accommodated us comfortably. Steve was prompt in responding, even helping when the first day we had a bit of trouble unlocking the door. Having sheets and towels provided as a blessing, and the beach paraphernalia made our jaunts to the sand comfortable which was helpful since half of us flew in and couldn't bring our own chairs and umbrellas. The only downside....we have stayed in the Brig many times and this neighborhood felt a bit more congested than other streets we have stayed on. That being said, it was 4th of July week so we expected crowds, and it was no way a reflection of the house. Thanks Steve!

Brigantine Beach

We lucked out with perfect weather. We all enjoyed the beautiful, sandy beach. The house had beach tags and chairs for all of us, including 2 umbrellas. The only thing missing was games for the family. What was advertised as a fifth bedroom was really another living area with a pull out couch. More storage area for clothing would have been nice—more hangars and possibly shelves in closet. When we had trouble getting into the house (after our grown children inadvertently locked us out), the homeowner tried talking us through the process via the door camera.

Hello Susan. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in Brigantine! Although we do not advertise in our listing that we offer games for families, there actually were several board games located in the TV stand in the living room. There were also several packs of clothing hangers on the shelves in the master closet. I would have been happy to address these concerns during your stay if you had communicated them with me via message! Thank you for your stay and hope you return next summer.
