COMME VU SUR LA CHASSE AU BORD DE MER HGTV !! Jaco Beachfront PALMS 2br / 2ba

Ceci est une unitĂ© de fin au dernier Ă©tage des unitĂ©s 2br sans autre condo au-dessus de vous, au 7Ăšme Ă©tage en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur l'une des parties les plus calmes et les plus propres de la plage de jaco. Tous les meubles ont Ă©tĂ© achetĂ©s neufs en 2/16. Vous ĂȘtes juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Crocs Casino Resort et avez accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s (piscines, restaurants, bars, discothĂšque, spa). Nous avons fermĂ© un parking privĂ© sur place et Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. L'unitĂ© est de 1500 pieds carrĂ©s, y compris le grand balcon qui offre des vues incroyables. Il y a une table pour 6 chaises longues, des chaises Ă  bascule et un canapĂ© pour se dĂ©tendre. Se rendre en ville est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied ou 2 $ en taxi, donc pas besoin d'avoir une voiture. Jaco a des dizaines de restaurants, bars, magasins de surf et choses Ă  faire, donc pas de planche. Toutes les locations d'un mois ou plus excluent le coĂ»t de l'Ă©lectricitĂ©. Des charges Ă©lectriques seront ajoutĂ©es aux loyers mensuels.

This is our second stay at this fabulous property and we had a fabulous time. The pounding surf backdrop 24-7 wasa lullaby for adults. Coffee every morning on the massivebalcony while early morning people watching is simply thebest.Then there is Crocs,The Palms partner in good timeswith good food, good drinks and a good pool complex.

Loved being outside of town but close enough to get around easily. The balcony area was huge and the sounds from the ocean can be heard all night even with doors close. It was magical. Highly recommend.

The place was as advertised! Clean and spacious, Great views from the balcony with calming sound of the ocean. The kitchen is well stock with appliances and dishes. When i had a question. Richard responded back quickly! The guards and everyone that worked their were very helpful. The guards called for our taxi's and we never waited more minutes. Having Dream Makers handling our excursions was the right move. Door to door service and having Croc's next door was a winner. I plan to to return. Special Thanks To out to Hosts!

We stayed in this condo for 4 weeks in January and February. Our host, Richard Clark was extremely helpful in getting the reservation made, as well as answering any questions we had before arrival. He checked in with us after we arrived too. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and baths. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Costa Rican Dream Makers are the property managers for the condo. They helped us set up transportation, checked us into the condo, came right after check in to be sure everything was clean and as it should be, We had a problem with the safe, and George of CRDM came immediately to reset the safe and help us set it up. He also took us to the grocery store our first day, and then helped us set up several adventures later in our stay. We enjoyed the great balcony with coffee every morning and saw Macaws flying by daily. Sometime they were right in front of our faces. We also loved the balcony for viewing the beautiful sunsets. The pool in The Palms was clean and very quiet. We met several people there. It was fun to go to Crocs as well and we managed to have several meals and cocktails there. We also liked walking down the Beach to Claritas for breakfast or lunch, and Ubering into town for an early supper. Very peaceful and relaxing. The entire property was well cared for and beautiful. Thank you Clarks for sharing your Costa Rican home with us!

We spent an extended Labor Day weekend at the condo, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It is located in a quiet area of Jaco, but a very short walk into town. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need including all the kitchen gadgets, pool towels, cooler and camp chairs. The balcony is huge, especially when you compare it to other condo buildings in the area. Having the flexibility to casually relax by the condo pool with our own music and a cooler, or going next door to the casino's pool with music and a bar, was a nice benefit. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay again when we return to Jaco!

Wonderful beaches. Close to town and eating places. Had a plumbing issue with bathroom sink, plumber was onsite within 4 hours.

I have stayed in this condo complex before and its my favorite in Jaco. You are close enough to everything to enjoy Jaco while being just outside all the traffic and noise and enjoy the ocean views and sounds

Our stay in JacĂł was great at this beachfront condo. Having access to the best pool in JacĂł at the resort next door was a highlight! Richard was awesome to work with and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would love to stay here again!

I can only rave about our stay at The Palms. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the location was great, there are great places to eat nearby. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience and give our stay a 10 out of 10! Perfection!

We stayed at this location Nov18-Dec 4 2024. Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked! The property management group were amazing and helped us organize our tours ahead of time. The staff at the property and at the Crocs Casino Resort were professional and gracious. We had a wonderful vacation.

Amazing views of the pacific and sunsets. Being high up on the 7th floor you have privacy and a nice breeze. Huge balcony with room for eating and lounging.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You get to use the pool at the resort next door which boasts the largest pool in Jaco with fountains, lounge chairs even in the pool, a slide, full service bars and restaurants. There is even a full service Spa and Nightclub. Lots of slot machines and table games too. You will be given a wrist band which allows you to use the pools just as if you were staying at that resort, but for a lot less money.
