Carlton by Brunswick Vacation Rentals: Private Pool, Elevator, and Beach Access

A professionally decorated, brand-new construction beach house, where luxury and tranquility await you. Situated in a quiet community located on the West side of the island within a 2 minute walk in either direction to the private beach access, and private pier by the Intracoastal Waterway. With enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, equipped with an elevator for easy access throughout and a crystal blue salt-water pool, this vacation rental home is the ideal destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

As you enter the home on the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with direct access to a bathroom. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a Queen-size bed and boasts a stunning ensuite master bathroom with a double vanity, stand-alone shower with glass surround, and a spacious soaking bathtub with air jets. Perfect to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach. The second bedroom (which has a Queen bed) and the third bedroom (which has a bunk bed featuring an extra-long Twin over Queen) share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom which features a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Also on this level you will find a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

Take the stairs, or the elevator up one floor to the top level, where you'll be greeted by an inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals, and the adjacent dining room and breakfast nook provide ample seating for everyone. The comfortable and spacious living area features a plush sofa and swivel armchairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun in the sun. Also equipped with a 60 inch Samsung TV with sound bar and surround sound. The charmingly modern electric fireplace adds a cozy touch to the coastal ambiance. On this level you will also find the fourth bedroom with a Twin-size daybed, which has direct access to a bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled stand-alone shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen/breakfast nook area. Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!

Step outside into the spectacular outdoor space, where you'll discover a beautiful backyard oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the private salt water pool or cool off in the outdoor hot/cold finished shower. The picnic table is the perfect spot to relax with a book or sip a cocktail as you watch the sun set. Also equipped with a wood side walkway for rolling the beach cart in and out with ease, and safe for walking barefoot.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $175 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
