✍️ Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).
- Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. We don`t want to disturb the families nearby.✔️⏰
- All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.
- If you`re local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.
- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn`t possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There`s a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.
