5 Minutes from the major League Soccer Stadium Enter Miami CF Stadium.
Formally called Lockhart Stadium. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The beach is only 2 miles down the boulevard. There is shopping and great little restaurants all around. There is a private back yard completely fenced in. Great area for bbq's
and small gatherings. There are smart TV's in living room and in both bedrooms. There is one on patio as well. There are two queen beds room for four to sleep comfortably.

Stay at Tammy’s

Tammy’s house is beautiful and super clean! The property is spacious and right in the heart of all the activities! Very close to the beach and restaurants! The neighborhood is safe, cute, and quiet! The rainfall shower is my favorite feature! This is not my first stay here and I will be returning soon! Tammy’s spot is the best in town!

Nice clean property- awesome yard

Clean home as described in the listing, loved the rain shower and the back porch with tv. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Tammy has amazing communication skills and kept me up to date on every step of the way. Great experience!

Fairly decent stay

The home was in a fairly nice neighborhood, but too close to an extremely busy major street. The house was well-equipped with all necessities. However, some aspects of the home were outdated. The bedrooms were spacious, but the mattresses were not very comfortable and the beddings a bit overused. All in all, however, the home was nice and clean.

A Comfy Stay Indeed!

From the ease of entry with a keypad code, to the fresh, clean scent and appearance of the house, this was the ideal spot for my family and I during our trip to the Ft. Lauderdale area. The home was equipped with everything noted in the description
 as well as coffee, creamer, and refrigerated waters. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. The hostess’s communication was excellent and quick 
 and she even gave kind condolences to my family and I since we were in town for a Celebration of Life. I highly recommend this home and will stay here again if my travels bring me back to Ft. Lauderdale!

Florida Mid Century

Tammy's rental house is a sweet 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a contemporary kitchen/ dining area, just right for making breakfast or dinner. There are large TVs in each room and one on the back porch. It's clean, light, and airy with shiny quartz tile floors. The property is located in homey Oakland Park, a neighborhood that is fast becoming one of Ft. Lauderdale's prime locations. This was our 2nd stay at Tammy's house.

Great Location

We had a great stay at the property. The location was perfect for what we needed. It was nice and clean. Also great to have a bathtub and a full size shower. We didn’t need it on our stay but we also noticed the kitchen also full of all the necessities. Lastly. Tammy was easy to get a hold of when we needed something. Thanks for a great stay Tammy!

Cozy Fort Lauderdale Retreat

We arrived in Fort Lauderdale as it was experiencing torrential rain flooding. Roads were closed, cars were floating away and water was flowing into the first floors of businesses and vacation rentals. Fortunately, this rental was in the no flood area. While others were trying to find alternative housing, we were in our small, cozy, very clean, two bedroom air conditioned house enjoying the wi-if and television with our rental car safe and dry. We were off a main street and able to access non flooded grocery stores and enjoy our whole visit without worries.Shower was hot. Communication was great with owner. If you are looking for a mansion on the beach, this is not it. If you want a reasonably priced, very comfortable compact one story home with refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer and not in the flood zone, then this works well. We are planning on renting it again the next time we come to visit family.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I have been planning a trip for two years. The very last thing I did for our trip was book a place to stay, and as stressful as that may seem; this listing was the very first to appear. The entire process was absolutely wonderful. I.e. booking, checking in, checking out, getting in touch with host, etc. The property is beautiful, well laid out, spacious, and very clean. The neighbors are nice and the location is perfect. 10/10 - will return!

Great stay

The house was amazing and just as pictured. All the utensils you need are provided. Owner is very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
