The Space:

This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room and Master Bedroom have access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors, for both rooms, enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in then there are many wonderful restaurants located near by as well as shopping available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has 3 TVs, DVD player, and a CD stereo system located in the living room.

    The property was very clean and incredibly spacious. The balcony was a great spot for the kids to play and look at the ocean. Steps from the beach, will definitely be back.

    Great View & Intimate Beach

    Stunning views of the emerald green and turquoise waters of The Gulf. WWonderful beach front condo with huge rooms great amenities (including small gym & tennis courts). and entrances to the balcony from both the BR and LR. Easy check in & out . Highly recommend this place!

    Awesome for family vacation

    We stayed a week and were very happy with the accommodations. The condo is roomy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the fact beach chairs and umbrella were provided, making it much easier with a 5 yr old. My only real complaint is the bathtubs could use some updating.. tubs a bit stained/dingy.. otherwise everything was perfect!

    Great view and roomy

    The size was great, the furnishings were nice. The kitchen could use some updating. The balcony was big. End unit was close to elevators and had extra windows. Bring a heating blanket if you come in the winter, the heater needs attention. It’s definitely great for a large group.
