We had an amazing girls trip! The space was exactly what we needed, clean, convenient to everything, & being right on the beach was perfect. Our only critique is the beds all seemed like they could use new mattresses. We all felt the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family beach vacation. Lots of extras provided like skim boards, etc. The view was wonderful and the beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely return.

Little slice of paradise!

We have been staying at the island princess for 3 years now it’s forever our home away from home and the best place we have ever stayed! We stayed in room 309 very spacious and clean every year. Beautiful view and my kids always enjoy the pool especially after a day at the beach!

Christmas Break Getaway

After a tough end to the school year and a very different college experience last fall, it was the perfect place to get away from all the changes and uncertainty. My husband, 19yo daughter, 16 yo son, my mother and myself thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the pool, and the beach. The condo was perfect with room for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and nicely furnished. Hope to return there soon.

The condo was super clean so don’t feel like it was from anything other then the construction. Brooks and Shorey sent us to another building. We always use B&S and will continue to, just won’t book when construction is going on again.

Beautiful and spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long girls weekend in this unit. It was large and provided enough space for 5 singles. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the balcony overlooking the surf. Next time we would choose a unit away from the pool as the kids were swimming and squeezing until 11:00 at night and we weren't able to get in the hot tub for all the kids in it. This is no fault of the management.We arrived at 5 minutes after the office closed and one of the staff reopened the office so we didn't have to return the next day ... thank you for that thoughtful consideration!!! We appreciated it. The unit was beautifully furnished and had adequate kitchenware. Great beach and much more quiet than Destin area. We went to Destin to eat some great seafood and shopping was good there too.
