To maintain the quality and character of this home, we require strict adherence to the following policies. Guest Limit: Strictly 6 guests maximum.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required, returned after check-out if no damages or rule violations occur. A non-refundable damage waiver is recommended as an alternative.

Lost Key Fee: A $150 replacement fee will be incurred for lost keys.

NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.

NO Smoking: Not allowed anywhere inside the home.

NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.
