Two large living areas with 3 bedrooms all with walk in closets sleeping 8 to accommodate large family, two families, or multiple couples. Four sliders from living area, kitchen, and master bedroom provide amazing pool views and access throughout the home.. Pool area has covered seating with pass through to kitchen and plenty of pool deck seating. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Property has everything - parking for RV or boat, numerous beach amenities, close to all beaches!!

Located in the heart of south Venice within walking or biking distance of Shamrock Park and the Legacy Trail with access to the Intercoastal. Minutes from all beaches - Manasota, Caspersen, Service Park, Venice, and more. Home is on quiet street perfect for walking or biking. Enjoy Venice at its best. Unbelievable Master Ensuite with oversized Jacuzzi tub. Updated appliances in open kitchen with pass through to pool and large bar area seating four. Dining area off kitchen provide for more traditional seating for 4.

Kitchen is fully stocked. Flat screen TVs with Roku in both living areas, kids room, and guest room. Yeti, Coleman, and flex coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, shark shovels, beach carriers, and more beach amenities for use!

Amazing location!Owners go above and beyond. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots and pans glassware, dishes and silverware. Not many rentals have a full stock of trash bags and dishwasher pods and dish soap and paper towel. Both bathrooms fully stocked with hand soap, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers and plenty of toilet paper. Bedrooms very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. They even have a large array of beach items. The online photos do not do this property justice an amazing house. We will definitely book this property for our next visit to Venice and the beaches

Loved the property

This place was a good setup for my family of 6. We initially had an issue with the AC, but the hosts were easy to communicate with and addressed the issue promptly. We would consider staying here again.

Great place in Venice!

Absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO! The house was beautiful—clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. But the real highlight was the pool. They kept it at the perfect temperature (85 degrees!) and we swam every single day. It was such a treat to be able to jump in no matter the time of day. The hosts were fantastic too—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home Close to it All

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very clean and well furnished with all the comforts of home. Kitchen had everything we needed and more- the cooking pans and utensils were high quality, a rare find in a rental home! The pool spacious and well maintained, the kids all loved swimming all day. They had a good assortment of pool floats and toys. The provided beach gear was clutch- especially the beach cart and Yeti backpack cooler. The house is nicely laid out and much bigger than it looks in pictures even with two families we never felt crowded. The bedrooms and walk in closets were big- the kids bunk room with 5 beds was awesome. TVs in all the rooms were perfect for our stay during the start of the Olympics. Manasota Key Beach was a quick 7 minute drive and Casperson Beach, our favorite to hunt for sharks teeth and shells was 10 minute drive. The jetty’s and Venice and Nokomis Beach were 10-15min. Our favorite market- Detwiler’s- was super close as well (highly recommend their key lime pie and molasses cookies!). Communication with owners was prompt and easy. We have stayed in Venice to visit our family here for years in many different rental homes and we all declared this one our favorite!

Great home in South Venice

We loved the layout of the house with the primary bedroom opposite the guest bedrooms, 2 living spaces that we utilized to work from home. Pool was perfect and warm enough to swim. Highly recommend this home.

South Venice is perfect for an active family. streets are quiet for biking and walking. walk or bike to Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park. We have taken the trail into downtown Venice and Caspersen beach. This house has everything. It has been completely updated after Ian. Starts with oversized Lania covered pool with plenty of deck seating in and out of sun. Pass through to kitchen for ease of pool side dining/snacking. Two huge living areas each with flat screen. All three bedroom with walk in closets. Master has pool slider. Master bath with Jacuzzi, shower, and double sinks. Open kitchen with all new appliances, bar seating for four, full view of pool and main living area. Dining area seating four as well. Outside patio area for BBQ.
