Une belle maison en Floride près de la plage Manasota et à proximité d'un large éventail de boutiques, restaurants et terrains de golf.

Ce est une maison décorée avec goût dans le style typique de la Floride avec tous les équipements que vous avez besoin d'avoir des vacances parfaites. Comme vous entrez dans la maison par le foyer piliers vous avez une vue de la zone de la famille américaine avec une grande télévision, lecteur de DVD et une table basse. Il ya aussi un coin salon supplémentaire qui a deux canapés et une table de café qui donne sur la piscine isolée à travers les grandes baies vitrées sur le pont. Pour la droite il ya la salle à manger qui est parfait pour se divertir et accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.

La cuisine bien équipée est ouverte et est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes. Il ya aussi une salle de petit déjeuner décontracté avec table et chaises donnant sur la piscine privée.

La chambre principale est grande avec un lit king size, promenade dans les placards et de beaux meubles, il ya une grande salle de bains avec douche italienne et baignoire avec une double vasque. La chambre bénéficie également d'une entrée privée à la piscine

Il ya une autre chambre avec salle de bains qui a un lit queen et une promenade dans la douche avec une entrée privée à la piscine. Il ya deux autres chambres avec lits jumeaux, qui part à la fois la troisième salle de bain complète. Chaque chambre dispose de grands placards et de beaux meubles

La buanderie a une laveuse et sécheuse, et mène au garage pour 2 voitures.

La piscine est grande et il est parfait pour l'extérieur à manger. Il ya une table et des chaises pour 8 avec un barbecue au gaz. Il ya aussi des chaises longues pour profiter du magnifique soleil de la Floride.

La propriété dispose de grands jardins à l'avant et à l'arrière, qui sont bordées par des arbustes et des arbres matures qui donne à la fois la vie privée et une vue magnifique de la piscine.

La villa a Internet haute vitesse inclus et des appels gratuits au sein de l'US et le Canada

Cette maison en Floride parfait, dans un excellent emplacement, à proximité de la plage Manasota préservée, veillera à ce que vous avez de très bonnes vacances.

What an awesome home! We stayed as a family of 6 at this wonderful house and enjoyed it so much! The house is big, the rooms are beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the view to the garden and the pool area. We want to come back. Thanks for that great stay.

This house was really lovely. The pool is good sized. The master bedroom is huge. Three baths, two rooms with twin beds great for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with kerig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, crock pot, George Forman grill, the only thing missing were cookie sheets. The owners left a notebook with pages of dos and don’t. They had lots of rules which were a little off putting like the use of the grill… which we decided not to use for fear of not cleaning it well enough; and instructions about the barstools, making sure you didn’t dent the backs of the stools against the counter otherwise would be charged 300 for replacement. They also wanted us to keep the air conditioning thermostat at 77 degrees which was much too warm. We set it on 74 and found that temperature to be comfortable. We really did love the house though despite being fearful of breaking the rules.

Hi Thanks for reviewing our home your feedback is Important to us Firstly, we are delighted that you enjoyed our home. Picking up on your other points I would just like to clarify a few things. The check in instructions are there for the benefit of everyone to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. With regards to the grill, we ask that it is moved away from the wall of the house so that it does not get damaged from the heat and smoke from the grill, We also ask that the grill is cleaned after use, which I believe is a normal request. We do ask that the chairs are not swivelled into the counter tops as this causes damaged to both items, there is clearly going to be a cost to repair / replace if this advice is not considered during your stay. We do advise that the AC is maintained at 76/77F for the duration of your stay. We have not restricted the AC controls. If the temperature is set to low, particularly when the outside is very hot this can cause freezing of the system

The house was as advertised. It is spacious, well equipped, and clean in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host prior and after our visit was very good. We would not hesitate renting this property again when in the Venice Florida area.

Great house and wonderful location!

My husband and I rented the house for the month of January. Several of our family members visited throughout the month. The house was clean, well equipped and located in a very desirable area. The owner was great at communicating, making sure that we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful home!

Great to be back

It was our second trip at this rental. Thank goodness for the heated pool because several local beaches were closed due to storm damage and everyone flocked to Manasota beach. Impossible to park after 8:00 am. That was the only downside to a month of perfect weather. The house is large and comfortable. I love that everyone has their privacy if wanted. The host was extremely attentive and responsive to any issues that came up.

Good location

Overall our experience was good. One issue on arrival smoke detector was beeping. Called property manager and they were out of town but the property owner was able to get someone over within an hour to fix. House was clean and had plenty of supplies. Beds were not comfortable. If the beds were better this place would have been 5 stars but since getting good sleep on a vacation in very important it brings the rating down for meThanks

Everything is awesome!

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. From kitchen supplies to beach towels, they had everything you might need. Steve always replied very quickly to questions or concerns. The location was great. It was a 4 minute drive to a beautiful local beach with free parking that is easy to find a spot in. So much beautiful tropical nature around the house. The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet. Restaurants and stores were very close by and accessible. I would definitely stay here again and thank you to Steve!

Everything went smooth and was very good. Communication with owner was alway easy and quick. One question would be on the cleaning crew as to how often they clean the floor because without socks or slippers our feet were black.

Nice place but needs updates

House was nice and clean but definitely needs some updates. Beds are horrible to sleep on and was left with one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. With seven people for seven days that will not do. Overall it was not a bad place to stay. The best part was being a couple miles from the beach.

Many thanks for the feedback which we always appreciate. We are regularly updating our home with the majority of the furniture being only 2 years old. We are surprised that you find the beds uncomfortable which is something that we have not come across. All of the mattresses in the twin rooms are quite new and are top of the range and we replaced all of the pillows 4 weeks ago. The essential supplies are usually provided as an initial starter for your stay, but usually there are 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom. So thanks again for your review which helps us to continue to provide the best experience for our guests

I didn’t want to leave! The place is spacious, the beds were comfy and it was nice everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was a little green when we got there but the owner sent someone over immediately after I sent a text and it was clear within a day. It is located 5 minuets from beautiful Manasota Key Beach which is the best beach to find shark teeth and shells that I have ever been to.We had a lot of fun using the floating sand sifter and shell collector the owner provided.

Second time staying at property

PROPERTY IS NICE, HOWEVER THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND NOT ABLE TO REALLY SWIM, POOL COMPANY OUT 3 TIMES DURING WEEK, BUT STILL CLOUDY AND STUFF FLOATING IN WATER, VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME.

Hi Bob We appreciate that the pool is a very important part of your vacation. The pool is cleaned each week, and as you are aware the pool service team came over as soon as you let us know that the water was a little cloudy and followed up the next day to check that it had cleared. They also attended a further time to do the regular clean. We were not aware that you had any further issues. The pool is enclosed by the lanai, so it should not be possible for stuff to get into the pool. If sand gets into the pool after it has been cleaned then that can only happen if it has been brought in by guests entering the pool. We do have a pool net that is by the pool to remove anything that has got into the pool between cleans.

Beautiful home

If you like sleeping on hard beds, this is the house for you. We had to purchase a mattress topper to be able to sleep without pain. The dishes, silverware and glasses in kitchen all needed washed before we could use them. Other than that, the house was beautiful and Manasota beach is only 1.3 miles away. The pool was fantastic other than the solar cover that was rolled up outside of the pool was constantly shedding blue plastic bubbles into the pool. I would stay here again if the bed in the two master suites were better.

Hi Kendra, many thanks for the feedback which is always welcome. The problem with beds are that some people like a soft mattress and others a firm mattress. There is a mattress topper on the bed already but i understand that it is not as soft as you prefer. All of the crockery and silverware is always washed in the dishwasher prior to check in, we have not experienced a problem before. The cleaners did come over to talk to you immediately about any concerns you had with the kitchen, but when the cleaners arrived apart from a fingerprint on a glass there was no other action that was needed. Thanks for letting us know about the solar cover, we will get that replaced. Looks like the sun has taken its toll on it.

Wonderful December stay in Florida

The home was just as advertised. It is very spacious with a great master suite and lanai covered pool. We loved how the home has multiple doors that opened up to the lanai and allowed the great breezes and weather to flow into the house without the risk of any bugs. We had 8 people stay in the home and we had plenty of space. The backyard is very private and secluded which allowed our group to really use the pool without the feeling of being watched or putting others out. Steve, the owner, was very responsive before and during our stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and he spent time on the phone before going to answer questions. The house is only about 1.8 miles from Manasota Beach which is less busy than many others and has lots of shark teeth that the family enjoyed searching for. Overall a great experience and we miss the house already (after just a few days).

Let down with what was promised. Needs updates. Smelly towels.

We had a great other than having a dirty place, having to buy our own towels because the towels smelled horrible. Only 2 beach towels. Beach chairs were old. Floor was sticky and turned feet black. Pillows were flat and stained. Had to buy laundry soap also to wash the linens they ask you to wash. Tried to address this after with owner and all he gave was excuses instead of taking responsibility and saying we will try to make some changes and updates for the next guests. Place could be great if a couple updates were addressed.

We are clearly disappointed to receive a review of this type as we have never had a bad review in the past. It is incorrect to say that there were only 2 beach towels as our houskeeping team counted them after you departed and there were 9 out of the 10 remaining. Whilst we have provided these as a concession to guests which is not part of the rental, unfortunately some may have gone missing which is outside of our control. With regards to beach chairs again we provide these to as an additional amenity for guests but they are used on the beach and will of course show signs of use. We completely refute that the towels were smelly, these are laundered before each guest arrives and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. The floors are steamed cleaned before each guest arrives and the carpet was also professional cleaned before you checked in so I cannot see how the floors were sticky. With regards to washing linens, there was washing soap in the utility room cupboard, our home is video inspected before arrival and the soap is clearly visible Our pre arrival video also shows that all the floors are clean. The pillows were all replaced at the start of the year therefore it is hard to understand how they are all flat and stained. At no time during the rental did you advise us of any of these issues, we always ask guests to let us know immediately if there are any problems so we can get them fixed immediately which is part of the check in details that we provide. We have regularly updated our home and continue to do so to provide the best experience for our guests. We did not make excuses but tried to answer your email truthfully.

owner accused us of having a dog

Owner accused us of having a dog on the property based on them finding a bone in one of the couches that we never even sat on. Traveled there for my nieces wedding with my wife, adult children, and with my parents. Owner kept my deposit and never responded to the fact that i assured him there were no dogs. His neighbors watch everything as I had some of my family over for a couple hours and was immediately called. Funny the neighbors were watching everything however; i don't recall him mentioning a dog when he called to complain that i had a few family members over. We are all adults and left the house as we found it. Which included some lights and switches that didn't work however i didn't complain as it was not a big deal. You may want to check out the house when you arrive and make them aware of everything that is wrong. Double check the couch cushions to make sure the people before didn't leave anything that he can charge you for.

Dear Paul Troiano, you have stated that i retained your deposit which you know full well is a lie. I did not make any claim whatsever against the deposit and VRBO would have automatically refunded any deposit that you made. This has been confirmed by VRBO. The only enquiry i made was to ask you if you had a pet during your stay as there was clearly a 7" dog bone sitting on top of the cushions on the sofa. ( i sent a photo at the time to you) I struggle to understand how you would not have seen this, it was hard to miss. It also seems unlikely that during an 8 day stay that you did not sit on the sofa. There were no lights or switches in our home that did not work. This particular comment has been included as i asked you how 2 light switches had become damaged during your stay. We have a video walk through between each rental for the benefit of both parties and they were not damaged prior to your arrival. With regards to a few family members coming over, there was a complaint by the neighbours that a noisy party was being held which is in breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement that you signed up to. Your email to me asking me to make a refund a year after leaving by threatening me to include a bad review is completely unacceptable

Nice place close to the beach. Always document existing problems on arrival.

The house worked perfectly for us. Overall a very nice property. The pool area was dirty because screens were out from storm damage. No big deal we just washed down the padio and used the net to clean the pool. I paid for the heated pool and it wasn't working when we arrived. They got it working the next day but it took a day to catch up so we lost 2 days. Didn't ask for a refund. The one toilet had the back apart and the float valve stuck when you flushed it so I fixed it. Again no big deal. The reason I say be aware to document. We found stained towels and wash cloths. We went out and bought bleach and cleaned them the best we could so we could use them. Again no big deal. The problem was getting nit picked on little things we have no idea what they are talking about. Stained cups? Torn hand towel? Stains on counters? Whatever, I want to leave it like I got it, but when you get nit pick charges after you have them grace on the things it just doesn't sit well. I should have been messaging with every issue but I didn't I just handled it. They have a mistrust probably because of bad renters so cover yourself and document everything you find or you may get blamed for it.

Hi Eric Thank you for the review, the super cold weather when you arrived made it very difficult for the heating to get the temperature, we did have the heating on for the 2 days prior to your arrival but when its 30f outside its a struggle. We always encourage guests to let us know immediately of any problems so that we can get them fixed. We honestly are not trying to nit pick but if there is something damaged by the guests we do have to replace those items. We did advise that we had a 4 screens missing from the lanai roof which is hard to get repaired at the moment due to the hurricane but everything else was OK

Great Vacation

Just what we were looking for. This comfortable, large home was great for our family. Three generations celebrated our first vacation in three years. The pool was enjoyed by all and there was ample space for everyone to have their own space. Less than 3 mi. to the beach, stores and restraunts.
