Profitez de prÚs de 1300 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une buanderie intégrée et un systÚme de filtration d'eau et AUCUNE colline à gravir.

Ce sensationnel condo D'Terrace Residence est merveilleusement aménagé avec des équipements haut de gamme, des ventilateurs centraux d'air et de plafond et des vues incroyables, y compris: le centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta, la montagne, la jungle, des vues sur l'océan à 180 degrés et des couchers de soleil.

D'Terrace est à un pùté de maisons de la plage, alors prenez vos serviettes et soyez là en quelques minutes. Si la plage n'est pas votre truc, profitez de la piscine à débordement ou de l'un des deux spas pour 12 personnes sur le toit avec une vue à 360 degrés sur le PV! Les clubs de plage sont également à quelques minutes: Mantamar, Green Chairs, Blue Chairs et Sapphire.

Beautiful and modern condo. Great for 2 couples or a family. Amazing rooftop pool with ocean and sunset views. Minutes walk to Basilio Badillio and stove restaurants without having to climb the hills!. I block off the beach. Highly recommended condo for your stay in old town PV!

The property was just like the pictures. It was clean and well stocked with most items you would need. The condo complex is really nice. The pool was fantastic and the security was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing!!

Condo was as advertised. So clean, private, and organized. A lesbian’s dream. PVR likes to party, but the condo and the rooftop were an oasis and respite from the loud atmosphere. It was quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back!

Well equipped suite, great location, close to everything

The one and only complaint was that the sheets and pillow case on the beds were really pilled. Whoever washed them must have washed them with the towels. They were like sleeping on sand paper. The owner should replace them with some nice cotton sheets and talk to whoever is doing there laundry.Other than that, the place was awesome. Thank you so much.

Paradise in the Romantic Zone

I always stay pretty far south of town and this was my first time staying "in town". This gem of a place is in the middle of everything, but once you are in the condo it is SO QUIET and peaceful.The condo is great, comfortable, has everything you need. The rooftop pool is beautiful and peaceful.So nice to be just a couple blocks from the beach, markets, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic experience!

Loved everything about the unit. Our balcony and rooftop had incredible views. Our hosts were welcoming and quick to answer any of our questions. The location was premium. Short distance to the beach, dining, shopping and entertainment. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip.

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very tastefully decorated. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. We had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The air conditioners, fans, and large sliding glass doors to the balcony ensured comfortable temperatures in the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked. The rooftop pool and gym were a real plus. The equipment in the gym was newer and functional. The infinity pool was long enough for lap swimming and a lovely place to watch the sunset. The building was clean and well-located, only about one block to the beach and a short 5 minute walk to the shopping areas of the Romantic Zone. The Amapas grocery store was just around the corner and provided us with most of the food we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay in this apartment on a future visit to Puerta Vallarta.

PV Perfection

We enjoyed our stay in the unit in D'Terrace, which is a very nice and convenient condo building near Los Muertos beach. The amenities are great and the unit is very comfortable. The check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and was also kind enough to coordinate earlier check in, would look to stay here again.

Mexico getaway

Casa muñoz was the perfect spot for our spring Mexico trip to Puerto Vallarta. We loved the location of the little grocery store around the corner where we got supplies, and great homemade Mexican cooking. We were about a block from the beach where we enjoyed the El Dorado Beach club more than once and dinners at La palapa and El Dorado restaurant. We enjoyed Coco's kitchen for breakfast a couple of days and my husband cooked the other days where there were plenty of supplies to do so. The layout was great for two couples and it supplied plenty of privacy for each. We would definitely come back again. Thank you so much.

Great condo, great location

Our stay in PV this year was great. The condo and location were great. Just note that the condo is right across from the the Tropicana. The street is actually an Condos are so much better than hotels! The small family store around the corner had everything you would need to breakfast and lunches. Dinners, you have to go out and experience all the great restaurants PV has. The pool area was amazing! It was nice that the pool area has a refridge to use. Just know that it is usually off and turn it on but the switch on the right hand side. Thank you for another great time in PV. Signed, The MN girls

Wonderful Condo

Casa Munoz was wonderful. Modern and very well kept. And that roof top pool, was a great way to spend the day or watching the sunsets, wow!! JB was very efficient at returning questions that we had. The location of the condo was perfect proximity to the beach and we all felt completely safe at all times of day. Close to so many restaurants, we had a hard time choosing and try something different for every meal. Using Uber was easy and they all picked us up at the door or dropped us off. We had had great 2 week vacation. Thank you for making it over the top!!!

Lovely Condo, Beautiful Rooftop Pool, Good Location

The condo was very clean and spacious. There were just two of us but four people would be very comfortable. Kitchen was nice with full size and modern appliances. The washer and dryer have been upgraded from what you see in the photos, quiet and large capacity. Someone had commented that it wasn't a family friendly location, and somewhat noisy. There's not much for kids to do in the area, but we didn't find it noisy, other than the usual neighborhood sounds, and quiet in the evening. Close to everything you need/want; beach, bars, restaurants, shopping. An excellent place in my opinion and would stay here again.

Stay in PV

This property is really lovely for a stay in PV. The location is great. The condo is beautiful and clean. The amenities in the building are great (pool, hot tub, fitness center). There were just a couple of things I didn't love that wouldn't be dealbreakers for me staying again, but that people should probably be aware of going in. First, the primary bedroom and bathroom are not really separated. There is only a glass wall between them, so there's not much privacy if you're sharing the room with anyone. Second, the building has a lot of rules. For example, you can't have more than two guests (which was fine, but sometimes it's nice to be able to have a few friends over for drinks), and you have to wear a stupid wrist band the entire time you stay there, which was pretty annoying. Otherwise, this place is really great though. Would recommend as long as you can deal with the minor annoyances above.

Wonderful!

A lovely, clean, well-appointed condo in the heart of Amapas. Quiet haven with fabulous roof deck and pool. Friendly and helpful doorman. Great and supportive property management. Only suggestion would be to clean the BBQ between guests. Would definitely stay there again and refer friends.

Felipe is originally from Medellin, Colombia and JB is from Portland, Oregon USA. The two of us met in 2003 playing raquetball at our local gym and have been connected ever since.

We have been fortunate to travel all over the world but over the years we kept coming back to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Both of us had been to PV prior to meeting but on our first trip together we both instantly fell in love with the beach community.

Puerto Vallarta is a great fit for our active lifestyle. We love being outdoors and stay active by a variety of activities but mainly running, biking and hiking which is a differnt experience in PV than in the Portland rain, where we currently reside. We also enjoy art, food and meeting new people from around the globe. Being big travlers, it is great being in PV where we can meet diverse people from all over the world in one town and one beach. The food and art scenes have blossomed in recent years and just continues to get better and better. Puerto Valalrta is also is a happy medium between our two cultures. Its a great blend of Colombia and the United States.

As we began to think about places we want to spend our time and hopefully retire someday, PV kept coming up. After a few years of dreaming, we finally started our search for our new home and where we will start our next adventure. Hours and hours on the internet, a trip down to view properties and we made the plunge and purchased our condo. After 18 months, a few trips to check on the progress, many phone calls & emails and lots of planning, we are finally pleased to announce Casa Muñoz.
