The property is advertised as a “ quiet retreat”, however it is located right on a very busy road. Constant flow of traffic during day and all through the night. There was a lot of road noise heard in both bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable at all to us. We had to sleep in the second bedroom. Communication from the management company was good and they were very responsive in bringing by a toaster, as there was not one in the home.

Hi! We are the Freemans and we are from Utah. We have been going to Island Park for years and it is one of our favorite places! We love sharing what we have created with others. We truly feel blessed to have this home in such a beautiful place.

We love the seclusion of this neighborhood. It's quiet, gorgeous and surrounded by beautiful trees and the oh so beautiful, Island Park Reservoir. You cannot beat the sunrise on a clear, crisp morning. We love everything about it!

Enjoy this home in an absolutely breathtaking setting surrounded by wildflowers and the beautiful water in the summer. Or enjoy the cabin surrounded by snow for a cozy setting in the winter. The quiet, secluded space is enjoyed during all seasons!
