Centrally located- 10 Minutes to airport and minutes from park and ride, 20 minutes to downtown and about 30 minutes to red rocks. More than 100 eateries within 5 miles including fast food, dine in restaurants and bars, groceries, hospitals and shopping centers. 7 minutes to major highways to Denver and Aurora.
The space
Beautifully furnished house, located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The entire house is dedicated to you for your vacation with family or if you are looking for short term stay for work. It is a three-story, 4 bedroom 3 & 1/2 bathroom house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or dinner with a sun-set mountain view on the patio. Huge backyard for you to connect to nature and soil after work. Running and bike trails nearby, with smaller parks within the residential community. You will love it!!!!

Great house with plenty of room for our family. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Quiet walkable neighborhood with grocery and shopping areas within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend Avash, very friendly and accommodating.

House was beautiful, great view off of the patio. Our host reached out to check on us . Close to the airport and about 30 minutes from downtown. Beds were super comfortable. The house has everything you need. Most rentals have somewhat uncomfortable furniture, this house was the complete opposite. Definitely will book again when we go back to denver.

The stay was fantastic. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery alone made the trip worth it. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the owner’s responsiveness—they were quick to answer questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic stay! The home was spacious, clean, and stocked with plenty of sleeping options. The full kitchen made meals easy, and the location was perfect. It is an easy drive from the Denver airport and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Would definitely rebook if we're in the area again!

I really was hoping this would be a diamond in the rough; BUT NOT! We had 4 staying on a golf trip. one had the basement room which is large but had water damage and paint peeling inside the bathroom. Along with the damage, the adjacent closet/alcove had black mold painted with with "killz" primer that turned it red/orand all along the baseboard. The bathroom door lock doesn't work so there is a barn latch. Same in the upper left room....remanence of the same with drilled holes in the door for a pad lock; tv in the room was removed and the holes are exposed. Bleach stains in the bathroom rugs everywhere. Stove knob is missing so there is blue tape....actually there is blue tape on many things. Finally, the jacuzzi was a luke worm bath....it never got past 84-87 degrees. Avash communicated to tell me to move the cars from drive as he needed to access the garage......that was his best communication. But there were "crickets" when I exposed the shortcomings of this place and demanded a refund. DO NOT RENT THIS FOR ANY OCASSION...MAKES ME BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!

Wow, you must be some guy who lives in Mansion and Yatchs and never seen a real house. And you have the audacity to say all comments are fake as if VRBO is a fake platform. I don’t want to clarify anything here as you couldn’t find anything bad to say about service, cleanliness, and details I ensure people have good experience. Instead you picked minor things that needs repair for house which cannot be fixed overnight. I recommend to not hurt honest businesses that are working hard to give better service.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and was very clean. There was plenty of space for a large family to spend time together and was in close driving distance to lots of fun, family friendly activities. The host was easy to get in touch with, and the check in/check out process was super easy. Well worth the stay!
