1) No smoking or vaping permitted in the house.

2) No house parties.

3) All OCCUPANTS and GUESTS (Collectively referred as `Tenant`) are advised that the UNIT contains a bunk bed. TENANT agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own sole risk and shall hold the HOST and all associated parties harmless for any damage and/or injury that may occur by said use of a bunk bed. TENANT shall be liable for any and all damage caused to the bunk bed and surrounding area.
