Townhomes at Crystal Beach 1 is a beachfront corner-unit townhome overlooking the pristine white sand and emerald-hued waters of the Gulf. Located in the exclusive Destin neighborhood of Crystal Beach, guests receive access to community amenities, including a refreshing pool and free seasonal beach service. The three-level townhome itself is well-appointed, featuring four bedrooms and four baths. It can accommodate up to 12 beachgoers.
The main living area is on the second floor. Inside, blue hues and coastal accents speak to the beachy vibe of the home. On one end of the open great room is a wall of windows and a sliding glass door, which leads to the Gulf-front balcony. Furnished with a raised table and chairs, the balcony is the perfect place to sip a refreshing drink and watch the waves. Step back through the doors to the laidback living room. The living room includes a deep-blue couch and two patterned armchairs seated around a wood and glass-topped coffee table. The comfortable seating ensemble sits opposite a flatscreen TV and credenza. A fireplace in the corner adds to the cozy feel. Wood floors extend into the dining area, where you will find a raised table with seating for six. The adjacent kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a sunny window, and a breakfast bar with stool seating.
The bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the home. On the first floor, there is a lovely studio with shiplap walls and access to a beachfront porch. The studio includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, plush loveseat, kitchenette, bar seating, and a wall-mounted TV. A guest bedroom on the second floor has a king-size bed. The third-floor primary suite is beachside, boasting a sliding glass door that directly accesses the balcony. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, rocking chair, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed and twin bunk.
One of the greatest perks of this vacation property is its proximity to the beachâyou have direct access to the sugary shores via a set of stairs, placing it only seconds away! Another bonus is the free seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella. Guests will also enjoy the community pool, surrounded by a paver sundeck and lounge chairs. Venturing from the property and the beach, you will find great dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities.
