This home has a beautiful cozy setting, very quiet neighborhood, and very homely with all the amenities a home should have. It is also close to shopping areas such as the mall, grocery stores, diners of choice, gyms, theme parks, Aquariums and churches. Guests love that everything is so close by and the location makes it perfect. For those who just want to relax we have blockout curtains and a kiddy friendly room, a spacious kingsize bed and a queen bed with beautiful decors. It gives the feel of peace of mind.

Great stay

This place was great. We started 3 nights for our trip to Busch gardens. Great location the house had a very homey feel to it. Beef where great and amenities where good. Definitely will book again on another trip

The interior house is clean and well kept. Many new fixtures and new or well-kept furniture and accessories. No trouble finding things. Beds/bedding and provided linens were good. We appreciated being able to use the garage. Exterior presentation clean and house is maintained, but not as well kept as the interior.

We came to Florida to surprise our daughter and grandchildren. We need a place to stay close to them. This place was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet. We would rent this place again.

There were some good things about this home but unfortunately they were outweighed by the not so good things. The shower in the master bath was outstanding. The water pressure was excellent, the shower head was wide and being able to switch between the shower head and the handheld shower nozzle was great. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus and the owner even provided a remote for the garage door opener for us to use. But the negatives were significant. The house is poorly maintained. The dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer when it is running. There were light bulbs burned out and missing in several fixtures. The smoke alarm batteries caused problems because they had not been changed as they should. The electrical outlets in the queen bedroom went out periodically. The filter lights were on in the refrigerator and the exhaust fan in the kitchen indicating they needed replaced. Sadly the owner was not very responsive when we requested that he fix to most urgent issues. The second time we had a smoke alarm sound off, it took him 9 days to respond to our message to him. Nine days is totally unacceptable! I went to Walmart within an hour of the alarm going off to buy a replacement battery and replaced it myself or we wouldn't have gotten any sleep for 9 days. I could go on but I'm limited to 1500 characters so I have to stop. Needless to say we will not rent this house again even though we make annual winter trips to Florida to escape winter in the north.

Good home living

I would say that my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, neat and cozy. It made us feel comfortable. The home is well kept and I believe future guests will enjoy it as much as my family and I did.

Brandon Area Beauty

We enjoyed this quiet home and neighborhood while we visited family in the area. Kitchen is nicely appointed and the home was very clean. This home is near everything you could need or want and has great highway access. The neighborhood is great for walking and enjoying the fresh air.

Great location for us to attend a concert at the Strawberry Festival. Beds comfortable, house was well stocked. A lot of breakable items if you have small kids. The house was great for us 4 adults. It was exactly as pictured. Check in process very easy and the host responded quickly. No major issues!! I would rent again.

Just short of perfection

Quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, etc. Clean and neat, but a bit cluttered. The one problem is the speakers on the living room TV, which are so bad as to make the TV unwatchable. If you're not planning on watching TV, I do recommend this house

Granddaughter’s 7th Birthday

We had a fantastic time. The home had all the amenities needed for our 9 month old Grandson. The Ninja Turtles room was perfect for our 4 year old. Fantastic location close to groceries and a nice Quiet neighborhood just minutes from my son’s home. Great AC!

Roaches and bugs were all over the house. Dead, alive, I had to kill multiple bugs, and encountered several dead. Huge spider web in the closet, and I get that in FL there will be bugs, but the property just seemed to be a bit neglected. The grass was overgrown and that can definitely contribute to the problem. Just felt uncomfortable being there with bugs around, and made us not want to eat there.

Sweet House / Safe Neighborhood

The house was easy to find. It was ready for us upon arrival. The home is very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of beautiful (breakable) decor items. With that being said, if you have rowdy people in your group, this is not the place for you. Excellent for people who are gentle, quiet, and want a place that feels like home.

Wow beautiful and pleasant couple. Great communication skills and easy to get along with. The home was well respected and taken care of. I would definitely welcome them back to Adonai Estate again.
