We were visiting Tampa for the RV Show. The location was perfect for it. However the neighborhood did look questionable, but we had no problems. The only location problem was there was construction of something right outside our bedroom on a couple of days. The home was so spacious and comfortable. We loved having both kinds of coffee pots (drip & Keurig) and the laundry room was nice and useful. We also enjoyed the big screened-in patio (and so did our 2 cats!) and the ping pong table! The reason for the 4 stars is because there was no hot water in the kitchen, the freezer was frozen over so could not store anything but 2 small ice packs for meds and couldnât make ice in the ice maker, there were only enough washcloths for one night (2) and we booked for 4 nights which required me to do laundry after our first baths, and the master bedroom door would stick on the floor making it hard to open all of the way. There is a large soaker tub in the master bathroom, but there wasnât enough hot water to fill to even a quarter of it and thatâs before anyone else had bathed/showered. Two quick showers could be taken in the master bath but not enough hot water for more than that. I did notify the owner of the lack of hot water in the kitchen and the freezer being frozen over. They communicated timely with me, but the problems were not addressed before we left. We would thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to stay here again, if the problems with the hot water and the freezer were fixed.
