Step back in time to this 1800’s style log cabin with modern amenities. This cozy cabin was built with logs from the Midwestern U.S. and reclaimed materials gathered locally. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee while rocking on the front porch overlooking the pond or gather around the fire pit for s’mores and campfire stories. Finish the day off with an invigorating and secluded outdoor shower. We invite you to come experience a unique and memorable stay.
The space
Situated at the back of 5 acres overlooking a pond. Open view of neighboring houses.
450 sq. ft. 2 queen beds. Full bath. Outdoor shower. Kitchenette. Ice for coolers available upon request.
Other things to note;
Cabin access is via a residential concrete driveway and lawn. Golf cart is available if conditions are too soft to drive on the lawn. Ample parking for multiple vehicles including boat and utility trailers.
We are located near Downtown Montgomery in a neighborhood of large acreage home lots. OPEN views of neighboring properties. No fences.

We loved this cabin. It has the feel of an old 1800s log home but with all the modern comforts you need. Everything was clean, cozy, and well cared for. The host was easy to work with and made the stay simple from start to finish. We would definitely come back.

Peaceful cute cabin

Lovely little cabin close to town and an easy drive to The Texas Renaissance Festival. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch watching deer and ducks. Great stay.

Sweetest little cabin

Perfect cabin for the night

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this cabin was the perfect spot for a little quiet relaxation before and after the ceremony. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The perfect amount of amenities and decor was very appreciated. The owner was very responsive and kind. We will definitely stay here if in the area again.

One of our favorites ever!

The place itself was amazing, but even more, we were so impressed with the hosts’ attention to detail. They thought of everything we might need for greater comfort. It was beautifully decorated, well laid out, and warm and welcoming. We definitely hope to come back soon!

My husband and I needed a one-night accommodation in order to attend a family reunion nearby. The cabin was beautifully situated and fulfilled our every need. Very cute cabin

Everything was exactly as advertised, and all logistics worked perfectly. Cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very cute place with great ambiance. Lots of attention to detail in decorating and the little amenities that make one's stay more comfortable. Read carefully the description on Vrbo to know exactly what to expect. Communication with owner was excellent.

Cozy Getaway

This was an amazing little cabin to get away on New Year’s Eve. The small details made our visit run smooth. Example; having a mini coffee bar that was supplied with to go coffee cups. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The sheets were great quality, and each bed had a minimum of 5 pillows each. I definitely over packed on the bedding supplies from my own home. This place was clean and cozy.
