The house is cute inside and clean. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, but no mixing or serving bowls or colander besides a small strainer which made cooking in frustrating. We also had only one steak knife for 4 people and drink ware is minimal. Although many reviews stated the beds were comfortable, the master bed was hard and had a bit of a slump that you have to keep scooting out of and pillows were hard and stiff. We didn’t sleep well at all. The door to the backyard and pool has old knobs that were loose and became stripped and broken, but we managed by jury rigging the door. The landscapers mow, but weeds are overgrown in areas and in pots out by the pool. Neighborhood is quiet, the location convenient and the air works great, but it didn’t meet my expectations.

We do have additional mixing and serving bowls, a colander, and additional drinkware in the home, so we’re sorry these items weren’t easy to locate during your stay. We’ll be reviewing how these items are organized and displayed to make them easier for guests to find. We’ve also shared your feedback with our mower and our property and maintenance team regarding the landscaping and pool area, and the loose backyard door hardware is being addressed as well. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Guest feedback helps us catch details that may otherwise be overlooked, and we’ll continue working to make the home as comfortable and well-maintained as possible for future stays.

We absolutely love the place! Great communication with the host. I was able to reach them with any questions we might have. Perfect location to everything you might need. The pool the spa my daughters loved.. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming house and loved the back yard area. The hosts were very concerned with making our stay the best! One thing to mention, this place is listed as pet friendly but wanted note that the pets are not allowed in the pool. I didn’t notice this in the listing (could have missed it) and my dog was dying to get in the whole time of the stay. I didn’t want to give anything less than a 5 star review because for one, maybe that is obvious that it wouldn’t be allowed, and two- I should have asked before booking. I would recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our needs. We didn’t have time to do any cooking while there but the kitchen appears fully equipped. The outdoor space is great and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a couple long hot days. The house is in a great location and convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches. Will stay here again hopefully!

Great house for a family weekend

Visited for graduation weekend. Slept 5 of us very comfortably. The house is well equipped and clean. Location was perfect. We loved the pool and backyard area. Will book again for sure.

We enjoyed the home. It was peaceful & relaxing. It was close to the football stadium which was really helpful. It was nice having a gas grill there so we could cook at the house instead of going out. We couldn’t find a lot to do in the area which was fine we just chilled at the house. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to do more than stick our feet in the pool.

Amazing Rental

Loved our stay at this adorable home. Super close to concert venue. Had everything we needed and Owner was awesome. The AC went out at night during our stay and the repair service was out early the next AM. Only wish would have been if beach towels had been available. Will absolutely be back next year!!!

Great property in an ideal location!

We had to move out of our house for about two months while it was undergoing renovations, and this property was an ideal place to stay. The home is cozy, beds comfortable, neighborhood peaceful and safe, and our cats loved hanging out in the sunroom windows all day long. We also took full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space, heated pool, and hot tub. If we had any issues, the property manager, Todd, was very nice, responsive, and helpful with replacements or repairs (even getting and installing a new dishwasher). He went out of his way to check on us regularly and make sure there weren't any issues that needed to be addressed. We loved how close the home was to San Marco and all the restaurants and shopping there. Highly recommend if you want a home away from home.
