The primary suite has a large canyon view deck. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & large windows provides an abundance of natural light.

This property is available for rent with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Prices vary depending on the season, and tenants are responsible for utilities, although arrangements can be discussed and negotiated with the property manager.

As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, we require a lease agreement from all prospective tenants, along with a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the applicant's credit.
