Cette superbe maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, de style ranch et de plain-pied, a été entiÚrement rénovée et dispose d'une piscine privée (d'une profondeur de 4 pieds et avec une couverture rétractable pour plus de sécurité), d'un grand bain à remous pour 6 personnes, tout terrain en gazon. , Putting green à 3 trous et zone de badminton / volleyball. Avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés d'espace habitable sur un immense terrain de 11 000 pieds carrés, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre et se détendre. Profitez de superbes vues sur l'océan depuis le pont supérieur de la maison. La cuisine en plein air pouvant accueillir 7 personnes et plus pour vos grillades au gaz à l'extérieur ainsi que votre foyer à gaz, nous vous encourageons à faire griller des guimauves et à vous faire s'mores!

Belles plages de sable sont à moins de 5 minutes. Nous avons des planches à roulettes, des chaises de sable, des jouets de sable, des parapluies et des coffres à glace pour emprunter et améliorer votre séjour. Nous avons également un parking sécurisé pour bateaux ou véhicules de camping (jusqu'à 25 pieds de long) le long de la maison.

Cette maison est située dans le climat cÎtier doux et est proche des autoroutes et des principaux services. Il est situé dans le centre, prÚs du quartier d'Aviara, dans le sud de Carlsbad. Nous sommes à 5 minutes des centres commerciaux Carlsbad Outlet et Flower Fields, à 5 minutes du parcours de golf Aviara et du spa, à 10 minutes du parcours de golf La Costa. La maison est située prÚs de la lagune de Batiquitos, une zone humide protégée et un refuge faunique avec un magnifique sentier pédestre de 5 km autour du lagon, idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. Starbucks et une grande épicerie à 1,5 km.
La propriété est située à moins de 5 miles de LEGOLAND, à 30 minutes au nord de l'aéroport et du zoo de San Diego, à une heure au sud de Disneyland et à 45 minutes à l'ouest du parc animalier de San Diego.

The whole house is amazing, so many amenities, we were just a bit unfortunate in that the California weather did not co-operate lots of rain. We did make use of the hot tub and putting green. Beds very comfortable kitchen very well stocked with gadgets and also a good selection of spices etc. Julie our host was very quick to respond, we had one slight problem with a curtain rail it was fixed within a couple of hours of reporting it. Only slight downside we couldn’t find an iron/ironing board. Another suggestion have a separate book/ring binder with all the instruction booklets in so that they are in one place. We will happily return if we are ever over here on the west coast again

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 6. We planned our trip to visit LEGOLAND, and wanted a nice place where we could decompress between our days there. This place checked all the boxes! Spacious, well-stocked with amenities & conveniently close to everything we needed. It felt like home even though we were thousands of miles away. The kids enjoyed all of the outdoor activities provided. They tried their hand at badminton & volleyball, & they definitely enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi! We made great memories playing together and enjoying marshmallows by the fire pit. We even watched the sunset from the deck a few evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked & we made use of it. There was even a brand new rice cooker waiting for us to use when we arrived. Hawaii people know what an important tool this is when we go on vacation! Julie is such an excellent and thoughtful host. She responded quickly to all of our questions and was just so friendly and nice. She was able to allow us early check in which was so nice as we got in super early that morning at LAX. She even offered late check out & im so sad we weren’t able to take advantage of that. Our whole family was so sad to leave. Julie really did think of everything & we appreciated how family-friendly this property was. I’ve already been thinking of when we can come back & recommended this place to quite a few friends!

This place is AMAZING! It has everything you need and more! There is so MUCH room, and the outdoor space is great for unwinding listening to the ocean, getting exercise in the pool, or playing a competitive game of badminton or volleyball while the outdoor kitchen grills dinner! This ranks up there with the best of the best VRBO's and may very well be the best, well equipped property we've every stayed, and we've stayed at a bunch! Happy Vacationing!

This was the second time I stayed at Julie's property. The house was even lovelier than I remember it. Everything and anything you need is available to you. It's beautifully maintained and accessible to so many different venues. My daughter, grandchildren and I had an absolutely lovely time.

I wish we knew about this place years ago when our kids were little and we were taking trips to Legoland. It's ok because our teens loved this house. We had a lot of good family time watching sunsets from the rooftop balcony every night, hot tub, pool, firepit, and yard games. This property has everything you need and things you didn't know you wanted. Julie is so thoughtful and it shows in this well cared for home. I hope we can make this an annual trip.

Wonderful!

We went to San Diego to visit Legoland and beach. This house had everything we needed and was in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here and hope to be back again soon. Julie is a wonderful and attentive host. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing family getaway.

If I could give this house 10 stars I would

We just got back from a week long stay at this house and I can't emphasize enough how much we loved our time here. We came with our family which included our 2 year old daughter, 11 year old son, 2 year old niece, and 14 year old nephew. No one ran out of things to do, we swam, we hot tubbed, we played a bunch of badminton and spent the evenings around the fire. Julie really provides everything. We had plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach, along with a cooler and toys for the little ones. My personal favorite part of this house was watching the sun rise and set over the ocean on the rooftop patio. We can not wait to come back again!

Home away from home

Wonderful spring break trip with family

We stayed at this property during a spring break trip to San Diego and we had a very positive experience! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it allowed us to stay in a quiet and safe neighborhood that was close to the coast and only a short drive to the San Diego attractions (about 30 minutes to both San Diego Zoo and Sea World). Our kids loved the amenities offered in the backyard, including the hot tub, putting hole, and badminton supplies. The pool was generally too cold to use (which was expected, as we visited during March), but my kids enjoyed jumping in for short periods of time and then warming up in the hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything that we needed, including a toaster, blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, lots of utensils, oil, spices, and even a range of condiments in the fridge. We would definitely stay and and recommend this property to others!

Great Family Getaway!

Wonderful home that met all of our needs (and then some) for our family Legoland vacation! Extremely spacious and clean, amazing backyard, and ideal location within minutes to everything! We have dietary restrictions and cooked all of our meals in the spacious and completely well stocked kitchen. Host communication was great as well. We would love to return in the future!

Perfect for a family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house is beautiful, clean, and conveniently stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Our five year olds loved the hot tub, playing golf in the backyard, and snuggling on the couch together. We loved the many amenities (dishwasher, appliances, washer and dryer), quiet and scenic neighborhood, and proximity to tons of family friendly activities. Julie was very responsive and helpful when we reached out during our stay. We were sad to leave and would love to come back asap!

Perfect Vacation Stay

We travelled for my son’s lacrosse tournament and had the best, most comfortable stay! We were lucky enough to meet Julie on arrival as we needed a bit of an early check in to make it to our concert that evening. The area is quiet and convenient to everywhere. The house was perfectly clean and had everything as listed and more. The teenaged boys played badminton for hours on end. It was a bonus for us hockey loving Canadians to be able to watch the Canada vs US game on New Years Eve as there was a subscription to the NHL network. accident, so more fun!

This place has everything you can ask for

We stayed with our 3 girls at the end of October . Loved the house - clean , spacious , has everything a family could ask for . The yard is huge with multiple seating areas and space for kids to play. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with supplies and necessities. Definitely would stay again .

This house has everything you need. Including toys, kids books, outside fun and a fully stocked kitchen. The hot tub had some issues for us but we got a quick response and resolution.

Awesome Venue

Julie was great to work with. Everything you would need for a comfortable vacation was there. The home is close to the beach. It was immaculate and well equipped with all you would need. The pool/hot tub, fire pit and yard are amazing and being able to just walk up steps to the deck for the sunset every night was awesome! Hope to get back some day. You won't be disappointed.
