The Sundrop House was named in honor of the local wildflower that grows in the Blue Ridge Mountains but also is a nod to the generous sunlight that bathes the entire house due to the number of windows that allow natural light to flood every space.

Designed with groups and families in mind, The Sundrop House has ample space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, easily accommodating 8 guests. The master bedroom is very spacious and features a high vaulted ceiling with sunlight window wall that makes the room very bright.

You can't help but feel relaxed and at home in this space. The clean design of the structure blends perfectly with the chic yet comfortable interior design. Cozy up on the couch to enjoy family movie night on the brand new LG large screen, enjoy a sumptuous family dinner at the large dining table that can easily fit 8, or prepare our signature Sundrop House cocktail while having laughs with friends around the large central kitchen island.

The house also features several memorable mural pieces from local artists as well as subtle nods to the rich beer culture native now to the Asheville area.

One of the key highlights of the property is the expansive outdoor fire pit seating area that provides the perfect place to relax with friends, grill a delicious outdoor feast, roast some s'mores, or even to play some giant lawn games. Also equipped with a roomy 4-6 person outdoor dining area to take in those beautiful mountain evenings as you create those unforgettable group dining experiences.

The Sundrop House also strives to do better for you and for our tomorrow. Our cleaning staff uses non-toxic, additive free materials and methods to deep clean our home before every guest stay. Furthermore, all of the hands soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and dish soap provided for you with your stay are all non-toxic and chemical free. They are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben and sulfate free.

There are also a selection of giant lawn games to enjoy in the fire pit area.
